When I walked in I had to check myself in.. no problem.. then I hear from the distance my name being called when I looked at the front desk window no one was there but a guy said come around. How about you get up and call me from the window so I know where to go?
Then I asked just confirming you par with Horizon? Denny says I’m not the billing company! I said I realize that but you should know if you par with Horizon or not.
This kid was rude as hell! No good afternoon how are you? No smile on his rude face! Then I go in to have blood work and the technician barely speaks English can’t find my vein and in Spanish calls another tech in to help now they are speaking Spanish! As I respect all people that was extremely rude , and I asked them to please speak English so I can understand them talking about me. I’m sorry but I did not go to another country where hey I get it if I didn’t know the language! But you’re an employee in an America lab facilty and should be communicating in English! Another tech heard and came in and she did my labs in one shot. And understood how rude to speak in another language while I’m sitting here! First time to this facility and it will be my last time!
Speak English while you’re working.
So from start to finish this was a bad experience! Very unprofessional!

I recently went to Ridgewood LapCorp for bloodwork and had the most pleasant experience! I was helped by Rochelle & Grace. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. As soon as I checked in, I was in & out of there within 30 minutes, they are fast! This place is a well-oiled machine and I will 100% come back again if I need any more labwork done in the future!

Technician was great. There were only two people working and collecting here so it made for a long wait. Other then that it was smooth sailing

We had a wonderful experience with Nick. My 8 year old son was nervous and fearful and Nick was able to distract him with wit, charm and humor while he took his blood very quickly and painlessly.

They don't know how to perform some of the complex, but standard tests described on their own website!

Just left there and the lady there with the brown hair was beyond rude and would not take my specimen because she said I had a past due balance, and I had no credit card on me to pay the bill so she wouldn’t take my specimen! This is unreal and illegal to do this!

I went there 2:20 ten minutes before closing and they refused to take my blood which would've taken no more than 5 minutes. Plus the technicians and the girl in the office was extremely rude and nasty. This is a way to run an organization? This is unacceptable behavior and the whole staff there should be fired.

Arrived at 7:15 am at the Ridgewood lab corp and there was only 1 person at the lab. There were 20 clients waiting and numerous clients simply walked out due to lack of available seats and large number of individuals waiting. The lab tech working was great but the staffing was totally inadequate. Perhaps there should be a posting on the lab corp website when staffing is insufficient. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Friendly and competent staff. The office is run very efficiently and it is clean. I’m always in and out of there with no problems.

No one picks up the phone. My test results were weeks ago and I am trying to figure out what’s wrong. I have called three or four times. Left voicemails and emails. Not acceptable.To the response below: I did leave many Voice messages and no one called back. Even after 3-5 days. The young woman who did my blood work was amazing. I just suggest improvement picking up phone. I am very thankful for someone from labcorp ( not your location) assisted me in getting me the labs I needed and addressed the issue I was having. Thank you

FYI … many doctors refuse to use lab corps due to lost specimens and inaccurate results… that’s why hospitals use their own labs for results particularly for chemotherapy treatments.
