I had the pleasure of shopping@ Fleet Feet/ Ridgewood. Liz was very knowledgeable, personable , and helpful, and I was pleased to leave w/ a great pair of sneakers. They have a huge selection, and the store is beautifully maintained.

What a wonderful experience shopping here! I did some research looking for a knowledge, local running store and came across Fleet Feet. After reading some great reviews, i figured it was worth a try. I stopped in on a Saturday evening and had the pleasure of meeting DJ. He was wonderful! He took the time to offer me a scan of my feet to ensure I made an informed purchase. The scan was incredibly helpful in identifying areas I should pay attention while shopping for new sneakers. DJ brought 4 pairs of sneakers to try and even grabbed another 2 options so I could make a decision on color. This was a great shopping experience, if you're looking for any running gear, definitely stop here first!

Happened to find this store while being disgruntled about the customer service at at a different store. It felt great to be acknowledged in a timely manner and not ignored by staff like I was in this other facility. Just acknowledging someone makes a big difference.

Fleet Feet is honestly the best spot if you’re looking for great running or walking shoes. The staff actually takes time to figure out what works for you, which is super rare these days. Plus, they have a solid selection of brands, so you’ll definitely find something that fits. They actually know what they are talking about, know what they have in stock and what's coming out next.

We popped in here to get some insoles for foot pain, and Sydney did a really great job with fitting and consultation! Left with insoles and new shoes for us both.

It was my first visit and will not be my last. I wish I would of known about Fleet Feet years ago. The sales guy was great very helpful and patient. He gave me great tips & so far my sneakers are working out well.

My 1st visit to this store. The staff at the Ridgewood Fleet Feet was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect shoe for your needs. Their selection of shoes was vast and diverse, with many options to choose from.
The store offered a great fitting experience:
1- they scan your feet for pressure points
2- they study your gait to provide an accurate analysis to find you a suitable fitting shoe. New experience for me!
