Just went here with my cousin. He asked for only wax and she burned his eyelid with the wax. Not pleased with the service, will not be coming here again. Employee was very rude.

Told her i wanted threading, and she pulled out wax so i told her no waxing i want threading but she insisted on waxing first and now i have this burn.

I've been coming regularly to Hema's for eyebrow threading, at least 6-9 months. I come first thing in the morning on a week day, never a wait. Nina usually does my brows and she does such a good job. The shape is natural, full, and flattering... always. I love coming here. They're really good, easy going and professional I highly recommend!

An incredibly unprofessional place of business. I used to go there to get my eyebrows done as this was the only threading salon near me and have cut or botched my brows almost every time I’ve gone here. I had also made an appointment to get henna done to which the associate replied that her boss would call back and never did. When I had finally gotten through and made an appointment and left work early to come straight on time I gave them a courtesy call to let them know I am on my way. They had completely lied and said I did not have an appointment and also did not have any henna. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional place will only be going to Pink’s Eyebrows in Mahwah from now on

I hadn’t professional touched my VERY thin brows in years and needed a good cleanup. Working with very little hair, Neha shaped them beautifully. I look well rested and my eyes look lifted!
