Amazing experience, custom suits tailoring was impeccable, and I would never go anywhere else. Robert is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend checking them out! I’ve been to tons of stores before and no one treats me the way they do here.

My husband and groomsmen all got their suits here. One groomsmen’s suit was noticeably darker then the rest. Extremely disappointed this was overlooked. My husband sent photos to Robert afterwards telling him how upset we were to see the color was off on one suit and he never even responded. He specifically told my husband everyone had to come individually to pick their suits up “so they don’t overwhelm the staff”, this should have been a red flag.

Edit: The above was from our fitting day, but unfortunately I was extremely unhappy with the service after. Robert was a typical car salesman throughout the process - told us what we wanted to hear while unfortunately not pulling through. My groomsmen had multiple issues, some resolved the day of my wedding, some left unresolved still 1.5 months after. Multiple suits were ripped on my wedding day, making the quality extremely questionable especially for the price. Would not recommend.

After getting in better shape by working with 4Ever Young Ridgewood, I went to Robert to have my suits tailored. They are fantastic. I have transformed my body and no I have perfectly fitted suits that have a modern cut. I highly recommend both!

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart as I had hoped for an entirely different experience with Groom & Groomsmen Suits. Instead, I encountered a string of unprofessional and frustrating episodes with Robert, the store representative, that left a bitter taste and tainted a momentous occasion.Robert was my primary contact for coordinating the suits for my friend's wedding. However, his approach to customer service was an abysmal display of irresponsibility and insincerity. He was consistently unreachable, never returning calls and habitually late to appointments. This behavior was not only frustrating but also incredibly distressing given the importance of the event.The worst part of this debacle was the last-minute suit delivery, a catastrophe of its own. The suit was a disaster - horrendously tight and completely uncomfortable. It was clear that the fitting was done carelessly, leaving me with an ill-fitted suit for an event that called for the utmost precision and style.Robert’s behavior was further highlighted by his continuous stream of false assurances and blatant lies. These seemed pathological, as though honesty and integrity were alien concepts to him. His actions and conduct were a mockery of the very essence of customer service.The sheer lack of professionalism exhibited by Robert at Groom & Groomsmen Suits in Ridgewood, NJ was a major disappointment. The experience was stressful, frustrating, and entirely unsatisfactory. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, and I hope others think twice before considering their services.Would not recommend anyone ever come here ever.

This man is not on top of his customers order. Two of my groomsmen’s suits ripped and others were missing buttons, shoes etc. We were told so many times that our suits would be in and when we called to check there was always some type of story. Until 2 weeks before my wedding he told me is when we could have people pick their stuff up and or was still wrong.

Excellent suit fitting party for my best friends wedding, Robert at Grooms and Groomsmen was great and took care of us. Was a fun time hanging with the guys and ready for the wedding, great experience. Robert was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right look for the wedding, thank you very much for everything!!

Very professional and friendly setting. Robert is very good at getting you relaxed and settled before taking your measurements; he is a certified pro at what he does and it is apparent in the quality of the suits that he puts out. Would definitely recommend to others.

In a small unsuspecting location in Ridgewood, NJ I received absolute pristine service upon entrance. With a gorgeous display of beverages and hors d'oeuvre, my experience here felt like I was at a pregame with my boys getting ready to crush a frat party. The owner Rob was an absolute professional and he truly treated me and my friends like we’ve been best friends for decades. Along with great pricing and hospitality I will definitely reccomend this venue to all my friends and families for future references.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer and getting fitted for a suit. Robert was attentive, hospitable, and an absolute gentleman. It’s apparent when you step inside his shop, he takes great pride in his craft and business. Can’t recommend him enough. Aces all around.

An excellent experience! The quality of the suits and Robert’s eye for detail brings the entire look to the next level. As if that wasn’t enough…the macaroons, the champagne, the tiramisu… ??? highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, a fair price and a just a great day.
