I love Godwin Nails and will always give 5 stars, but there are some things that could use improvement.I've mostly been to Amy and Hannah (both fantastic). When booking online, which is the only way to book an appointment since Covid, I would love to see photos of the staff. While I know the other ladies by face, I do not know their names.Another issue comes up when my schedule is tight (usually) and I need a specific time and/or day.. If I want a pedicure, I try Amy first (Hannah doesn't do pedicures). If she's not available I end up going back and forth to try to find someone when I need service who does both manicures and pedicures.Lastly, I find Tom & Jerry incredibly annoying. A better program - or channel - with subtitles would be more entertaining.Thank you!

I had a pedicure with Alma. She was so kind, professional and thorough. She gives particular attention to hygiene and disinfecting her tools and her station. I will return.

Would love to recommend this place- they have so many good reviews, and they are so organized about appointments, etc., and very on the ball with that. They leave a great impression when you book, and when you walk in, it is very clean and tidy as well as aesthetically pleasing. Hence the 2 stars.However, the actual experience/quality of work is less than stellar, not to mention the cost. I paid $270 -before tip- for a regular gel mani, fill-in, and 2 pedis.Asking for them to do 3 coats of paint, or anything slightly extra elicits a sigh, and for gel fill ins they won't fill your nails in all the way. She made up a reason to not go back and fill them in, as she didn't want to complete the job - noone has ever not completed a fill in. The feel you get is they are rushing through your manicureNot to mention for both my sister and I, the manicure is cracking and or fully cracked off on some nails after 3 days. There is very little effort to make your experience a good one here. When you are shelling out cash like that, expecting a luxury manicure etc., you prepare to receive something special. Unfortunately left the salon feeling very broke and let down. I won't be going back.Please don't spend your money here, and instead go to a place nearby that does more quality work.Services: Manicure

It's my first time to visit this nail shop.I've been taking care of my nails for a long time, so I'm familiar with this culture, and this shop was very comfortable from the visit to the service so that I could be relieved and refreshed.I will visit often in the future, but when I choose gel color, I will choose it in a bright place. Then I can check the color more clearly.I'm going to choose a different designer every time, and I'm going to choose the one that suits me well, and Nicole was in charge of me yesterday. Her work speed was very fast and her massage pressure was really good for me, so I was very satisfied with the strong massage.Shop owner was really kind and explained well about their programs.

Norma was lovely! She really took her time with me for both the manicure and pedicure and listened to what I wanted. She also did her best to match colors, since gel polish is always slightly different than normal polish. The place was also really spacious & clean!Services: Gel manicures

I booked back-to-back appointments online for a regular manicure & a 15 minute chair massage with Amy. Amy rushed through my manicure & after shaping my nails, left sharp edges on the corners. When I asked her to smooth out the edges, she said "later" after I pay. She was more interested in having me pay than finishing the mani prep to my satisfaction. She said she had another customer waiting. I don't appreciate being rushed through a service. I had arrived before my appt time. I don't know where the problem arose. I was so annoyed. I chose to pay & leave with half the manicure done, sharp edges on the corners & no polish applied. I skipped the massage. While my manicure was in progress, another employee came up from behind & tried giving me the massage without asking. I requested she wait until the manicure was done. I like to relax & enjoy the massage. I opted to skip the massage due to the tension in the salon. In fairness, in the past, Norma did a couple of manicures & chair massages for me & she was very good. She wasn't listed as an option when I booked online. I learned she was off today.

this has been my go to place because it’s not overcrowded, everything is spacious ,clean and they have easy parking, but it’s hard to make a reservation now because of their system and my pedicure today was disappointing. Was supposed to be a luxury pedicure with a 10 minute massage and it was rushed through. I was going to say some thing when I got the bill but they only charged me for a regular pedi. Still it wasn’t what I wanted. Amy knew because she then offered to give me a 10 minute back massage when I did say something , but that wasn’t what I came in for. Note I also confirmed what I wanted with a phone call because I changed the time I was coming in. She still didn’t get the message or do what was ordered

I have been coming to Godwin Nails for years. The place is great! My manicure and pedicures are super relaxing and my nails always look great. The ladies are super nice and always accommodating!

I love going to Godwin Nails for my manicures and pedicures. Sometimes, not often as I should, I have an add on of an extended back massage.Appointments can be made on line. I have never waited beyond my appointment time to be seen. My appointment never seems rushed.The staff are always pleasant. I usually go to Norma or Amy, but all staff are pleasant and skillful.Recently new pedicure chairs were put in. They are very comfortable and have massage capability.One last thing…Silent Tom and Jerry cartoons play continuously. It is a clever distraction that adds to the pleasant experience.Service: Manicures
