Very confusing set up because you don't know where to stand for just doing business with FedEx. It is sharing the same counter with the cashiers.They don't give you a receipt for the package you dropped off. They need to make a separate stand for FedEx customers to clearly know that there going in the right direction to stand for service.The representative ask for you to enter your phone number on his cell phone and I don't like that operation.FedEx needs to have their business strictly a stand alone store because Walgreens is too congested in their standing in line space. You can barely Walk around a customer standing in line to pay for stuff; to get over to the FedEx portion of the counter.
