Spontaneously walked in here after some brunch at Rey Sol. Highly recommend this spot! Got a pedicure with my girls and the staff is so friendly and accommodating because we just walked in and they were able to take us. Definitely a cozy vibe for sure

Tried out this place for the first time and loved it! The lady that did my nails was so lovely and paid attention to every detail when doing my nails love how clean they came out.

I’ve been coming to cozy nails for 10 years or so. It has been my go to nail salon in Ridgewood. My daughter started doing her nails here too. We both love it and always have a good experience. The place is clean and very well kept. Nothing fancy but good mani/pedi. They are “by appointment only”, you can’t just walk in. I believe a lot of places started doing in after/during Covid.I would recommend Cozy Nails.

Im giving this place three stars because they don't have their prices up and they just charged me $15 for a lip wax. This is the most expensive lip wax I ever got. Even more expensive than nyc. Why does it cost the same to get the lip waxed as it does to get the eyebrows waxed? You'd think the eyebrows would cost more since it's more work. I feel a little ripped off because of that. Not going to lie

It just o.k. The parking situation is very difficult. Not the friendliness place. Sometimes you get a massage after they finish and sometimes you don't. The staff is not friendly, but the work is good. A big plus is that its open on Sunday. Otherwise I would not go there or recommend it.

I'm terribly disappointed at my experience with this business today and am sad to say that they lost me as a customer forever.I came in today for a 6pm pedicure appointment. A few minutes after coming in while browsing for a polish, the owner rudely asked me "What are you doing here?". Appalled at the way she'd asked, I said "I'm here for my 6pm pedi". She let out a half scoff half laugh, shook her head, and said "No you're not". Then she looked away and kept on buffing another lady's nails.By this point, I'm growing uncomfortable and offended at how she's communicating with me, but I managed to keep my cool and just said, "What do you mean?". She said, while still looking away from me, "You never called to make an appointment and I never spoke to you".While this is happening, a lady that was getting her nails with another technician shot me a brief look of disbelief. As if to say "How are you going to respond to this?!".I let myself out of the shop before I lost my cool and gave her a piece of my mind about how you need to treat your customers. What a shame. I'm still in disbelief at the entire exchange because I frequented them often.I'll spend my money elsewhere where they understand the value and proper treatment of a customer.Service: Pedicure

Just got a pedicure here for the first time & I had an amazing experience. The woman who did my nails was great! Joy is her name I believe. Prices are quite high though... But as long as they follow proper protocol I don't mind it

They were okay at best. I went there because of the rave reviews. I received a quickie pedicure and an ok manicure. I had to ask to have my nails cleaned, and after getting my cuticles cut, some of my skin is frayed and is pealing back :-/. Once gain - they were okay - no better than any other nail salon.

Super friendly and welcoming. Joy did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. I'll definitely be coming by whenever I'm in town!
