I was ready for “battle” as my issues were the result of poor salesmanship. I asked to speak with a manager and I was ready to “pounce”. Then, Erica introduced herself to me, listened to my complaints and she assured me that she would resolve my concerns. I was expecting to have to buy another new iPad.
