I wouldn’t even know where to start but to say the least I loved this story and the owner. The second i walked through those doors I was warmly welcomed by the owner. It’s like she reads your mind, I walked in with the exact image of the dress she recommended me. I could easily say she is amazing with freestyle. Her clothing is perfect for the teen age group and of course every girl that shops there is very pleased with her selections. After purchasing my first junior formal dress from her I came back without a doubt. Not only to pick up my dress but I saw that she had new inventory. Of course Mary did it again with her excellent choices and I just had to buy another gorgeous dress. At the end of my experience today I had seen a beautiful necklace and out of curiosity I asked for the price and without me even knowing she had told my mom “It’s on me as a graduation gift. I found this adorable since she also gave me a discount. Lastly as I was grabbing my bags to go back home since I don’t live that close. I asked where she had got her coffee from, without saying no more she told us to follow her and took us to the coffee shop next door. She said coffee and treats were on her, like are you kidding ?!?! (coffee was also very delicious) I am very thankful I had chose bella&love for my dresses. She is very helpful and neat with her work. Thank you Mary for everything especially for making look all dolled up and feel my very best ? And the most important she speaks multiple languages as well !! My mom doesn’t speak the most of english but they communicated in both english and spanish. please check out bella&love if you get the chance you won’t regret it !!

I am not good at all with words, so whatever I say on this review please multiply by 1000. Mary was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The day I came to pick up the dress, her store was closed. I messaged her and within a minute she replied she would be there within 1/2 hour (think she got there within 15 minutes). She even told us to go next door to Zen Haus (ANOTHER WONDERFUL small business....get the raspberry tart...TDF!!), and the coffee was on her!! She is very sweet and knowledgeable (she has a special eye for each girl that walks into her store) and easy to talk to. She also loves freestyle, so that was an extra plus. You can tell she loves doing what she does. The prices of her dresses are also great compared to other stores. So seriously, what's not to love? I told her I will be back in 5 years (when my youngest is ready for prom), but I think I will try to get to her again sooner (8th grade dance maybe?). Quite honestly, I would have my daughters get their dresses from Mary whenever the occasion arises. Thanks Mary for everything.
Oh, and can I say.....MY DAUGHTER'S DRESS IS SPECTACULAR!!

Mary and her staff are the absolute best! We enjoy Bella & Love so much! Mary goes out of her way and takes her time with each customer to make sure they are happy! I have two teenagers who love shopping there because of all the great styles they offer and the service and how great Mary makes them feel!

We had a lovely experience at this boutique. My daughter found her “perfect dress” and was given VIP treatment all the way. They knew exactly what she was looking for and made it a very special experience. All who work there clearly love what they do and it shows!

Mary, the store’s proprietor, lacks integrity. I’m still waiting to be paid from an order that was filled and received by her. It’s disappointing because she is a nice woman.Mary, responding to your reply below. You know what the order was for (trade show) and I just want to be paid back. To those looking to do business with her in any capacity, beware.Yes Mary people can see my reviews I have left which are not random at all . Three 5 star reviews and one 1 star. The person who is not nice is you. In fact you’re a thief! Unfortunately I’ll have to escalate this.

This is a local gem. The lovely store owner Mary, and Dominic, her fabulous sales associate are so knowledgeable in fashion, are courteous and helpful and made for an amazing shopping experience for my daughter and me. They have trendy choices - both daughter and mom approved! Plus, they are so generous in giving back and supporting local youth rec programs. I will certainly be shopping here again. And soon!

A cute little store in downtown Ridgewood. My teen daughter found a cute pink top and a black little dress to go out to dinner in. Prices are reasonable and i ben better that everything is 20% off. Take a look around and you can for sure find something. Hats, jewelry, dresses, shirts, and more! And the teens that work there are sweet. A bit is was that the owner walked in while I was waiting for my daughter and she gave me a bottle of water! That was perfect! Now, if they had a website that you could get some of the items sent to us...just a thought.
