If you think great service doesn’t exist anymore, then you haven’t been to Arthur Groom. I’ve been coming here for years and I get the royal treatment every time. Everyone on the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they really know their stuff. By way of example, my wife’s engagement ring stone was coming loose in its setting. They examined the ring and determined that years ago someone made a repair using gold instead of platinum. They expertly replaced the prong and the ring was as good as new. Another time, they completely refurbished a gold tank watch from the 40’s. Now, it keeps great time. They are also amazing with the small stuff like battery changes and jewelry cleaning. They are, in my opinion, a 20 out of 10.

I brought in various pieces of jewelry to Arthur Groom for appraisal, some items for resale and others for insurance valuation. I was extremely pleased with Ali and the staff.Ali quickly assessed which items were costume pieces so we didn't include them. The reports were thorough and fair, complete with a readable assessment of each item. Ali has a very wide breadth and depth of knowledge of jewelry, gems and decorate objects, across many eras and craftsman styles. She was very helpful.I would easily return for future appraisals. The showroom is very nice, with many pretty pieces available for sale.

I had a few pieces of family jewelry that I couldn't get any information on thru the family anymore. I just wanted to see if they had any value or history that was available so i checked local reviews & saw that arthur groom was very well regarded and so ii decided to bring them there. Could not possibly be happier with their help! Ali is very professional & friendly as all their staff was! Very helpful!

I recently posted a negative evaluation of my ,experience at Arthur Groom. I would like to update it with a more positive out come. After speaking with Ali (manager) she was very helpful in resolving my issues with recent repairs to my watches and my wife's ring. Her response to my concerns demonstrated to me they are concerned with customer satisfaction and loyalty .

Charged me 48.00 to change battery in my watch. Total ripoff.Very disappointing..I have been doing business with them a few times over the years. I called them and they lied and told me the watches were pressure tested and that a manager would contact me . That call never happened. Guess I’m to small a customer to be concerned about.

Arthur groom did an amazing job with my engagement ring and wedding band. They created a completely custom set with an heirloom diamond and heirloom band, inspired by my preferred styles. Allie was so great to work with- extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a great communicator. She turned my vision into reality and I am forever grateful.
