“First time eating here. Went with a reservation for 6pm.. it was a good thing cause within 15 minutes almost all tables were taken. Nice menu and food was very tasty with good sized portions. Will definitely revisit the restaurant. There if plenty of parking! A bit on the noisy side”

“I have lived in Hackensack for two years now. The office manager Lea has addressed any issues me and my husband have ever had regarding the apartment, cannot complain, we have called the super Sokol on several occasions to fix things in the apartment and he has literally been there within 30 minutes. He's awesome and super friendly! Even during bad weather, the building is always taken care of with the snow being removed before I even get in my garage and leave to work.”

“Very upset seeing that this place has one star. It obviously deserves more. me and my mom have been living there for 2 years and its been a wonderful experience. whenever you need a fix in your apartment you can call Ted and he immediately schedules a time to see you. He never fails to do so. my mom and i had some complications like clogged tub and things needed to be fixed but he ALWAYS fixed them. we were very comfortable and if he had a bigger apartment we wouldve moved back. you can count on ted to help you with any problems you have. regarding neighbors they are very friendly and they dont mind a little noise. never any problems at our apartment and overall a very nice experience !”

“The Commons is home sweet home for me central air conditioning to cool off in summer hot weather and keep warm in the winter with all the convenience shopping areas just minutes from where I stay convenient parking right in front of the door I call it convenience.when something breaks down You call the office management staff (Andy E.) will make arrangements with you so the maintenance crew can do the repairs love it.”

“I moved into Country Club Towers I three weeks ago and so far I’m very happy. My apartment is well-appointed for the age of the building (1964), noise suppression is generally excellent. HUGE windows and beautiful parquet floors make for a bright, inviting home, and heat is retained well, which saves me money.Anna was helpful explaining the leasing process and answering my multitude of questions.”
“It will be 3 years in July living here & I have really enjoyed living here . However, at least 4 months ago the water temperature in my shower has been very inconsistent. I have had maintenance here and also called several times because water temperature is not good. Taking a cold shower at night and especially in thr morning is not fun.”

You should be proud and recognize Andy for his exceptional work. That is not a quality easily found today, in any business. I truly hope that you acknowledge what an asset he is to your company and tenants!!!!!! Getting the job done effeciently, neatly and he is very respectful. I truly hope that you do acknowledge him. “I love living here. The only negatives are the drafty windows which I complained about, they supposedly fixed them and they're still drafty. I also wonder when they'll replace the spent bulbs on the 6th floor and clean the two large spots on the carpet. Also, they spackled a wall at least a year ago and left it with no paint. We'll see how quickly things get fixed after I post this.”
“The only problem I have is the fact that when we first mooved in, our courtyard was clean & quiet. Now with all the children living here there are bikes, scooters & toys all over. Many times we have to move them off the walkway so we can pass.”

“The property is beautifully maintained year-round by resident Manager, Carlos. Snow removal is excellent; pathways are cleaned so you can walk from your door to retrieve mail or dispose of trash.Repairs are addressed quickly and efficiently by Manager. He will keep you informed if a part needs to be ordered and follow-up till request is completed.I've been a resident since 2015 and happy to call Mayflower home.”
