We highly recommend Springblinds for their EZRise Cordless Blackout shades and for their responsive customer service. I recently needed a replacement part for the lift mechanism on shades purchased more than seven years ago. Springblinds sent a complete replacement mechanism at no cost to me other than shipping. The new mechanism has been improved to greatly improve service life. All of the other shades we've purchased from Springblinds are still working flawlessly.

I just bought the zebra blinds for my entire home from spring blinds. The material is beautiful and has very good quality. My entire family is very satisfied with the result. We got great recommendation from them, and the measurement and installation process was also super efficient. The motorized shades is a must have for your home. So highly recommend their products!!

We purchased 26 blinds with mixed of motorized shades and regular shades. The quality of the blinds are beyond expectations. The staff are extremely helpful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend for home upgrade.

I bought 4 of the blinds in 2019 for our bedroom. They worked flawlessly until recently when one of the springs broke. I contacted Springblinds and they sent out replacement parts very promptly. Very satisfied with their customer service!

I recently ordered Somfy powered shades from Spring Blinds and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The design is beautiful and the cost is affordable. Not only does it improve the look of my home, but it also helps me save energy costs. This was my second order with Springblinds. The whole process was very easy and very clear. I received my order just over 1 week from when we placed the order.....very quick. The quality was excellent, as it was with my first order and everything fit perfectly. I have been very happy with both of my Springblind orders. My first order, approximately 2 years ago, was for four 1% Solar Indoor/Outdoor EZRise blinds. The roller mechanisms have worked perfectly, but we also leave the blinds down most of the time, so the roller mechanisms have not had much use and I cannont attest to their longevity, but I have not had any problem with them. These blinds were all approximately 5' wide and 4' high. The order I just received was also for one 1% Solar Indoor/Outdoor roller shade, and this one was large.....appoximately 8' wide and 9' high. It was too large for the EZRise mechanism and has a pull-chain-actuated roller mechanism. The chain is metal and the whole mechanism works very smoothly. I would certainly consider the pull-chain mechanism as a substitute for the EZRise mechanism with no hesitation. I just have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Springblinds in both the ordering process and the quality of the product and I would certainly buy from them again.

I ordered a window treatment on December 19, 2022 and wish I could review the product. I received no email from the purchase order which should have been my first clue. The order was and still says 'Awaiting fulfillment' in my account. I asked for an update on the status through their website account messaging feature on both Jan 5th and Jan 15th. About a week later, I filled out a separate inquiry form on their website. As of Jan 31st, I have yet to receive a single response or email confirming receipt of my messages, so I had to issue a chargeback.I would have loved to have the product and given it a good review, but I have to let others know of my experience instead.

Purchased 4 blinds. Put them up, all good. A spring broke in one of my blinds shortly after install. Have been getting the run around for a month trying to get a replacement. That is when I can get someone to answer the phone. ZERO response to customer service emails. Last conversation was I would be charged shipping and handling for a replacement but then they hung up before I could give them any payment info. Buyer beware if you have any issues...Still not resolved. Just called and did not get an answer.

Edit 10/2021: I emailed them and called, but they did not fix my issue.My blinds were great at first. I've had them for a year and one has already broken. It's a little piece of plastic that breaks the whole thing. They won't respond to support requests.Adding here because it does not appear that I can reply:Before posting this review, I emailed several times. I sent a picture of the broken part. I also called and left a voicemail. I have been ignored.

Springblinds is very professional, attentive, and kind. I have worked with different blinds company before, but Springblinds is the BEST experience and service. They provide the top quality and great value that surpassed my expectations. The process of measuring, choosing the right shades, and installing went all flawlessly. They are so reliable and helpful !I got Somfy motorized roller shades for my whole house and my family and I are very satisfied with the results. Now, it’s been over 6 months and they are all working great and can’t imagine my house without these amazing shades. They are very sturdy, and designs are outstanding as well. My home is now even more elegant than before. Now, I recommend Springblinds motorized shades to my friends and family. I have one more project for my parents house and I would definitely work with Springblinds again in the future for sure!!!

These blinds are cheaply made. We ordered 4 of them and 3 have broken. They sent one replacement spring but the blinds are just too fragile for daily use.
