Very unreliable. My grandmother moved from Pennsylvania to Florida and they were rarely in contact with her. They didn't move her items until the last minute, and her items were damaged. A lot of the boxes are even missing. I do not recommend using this company.

NO ONE ANSWER FOR YOU AFTER THEY DROP YOUR THINGS OFFF PLEASEEEE STAY FARRR AWAYYYY THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER SEENNN IN MY ENTIRE LIFEEEE, I WILL MAKE A REVIEW EVERY DAY IF I HAVE TO, TO WARN PEOPLE!!!!!!!! If you have a claim post move there is no one to help you with your claim. If you do not have cash for them upon arrival at the new location they will hold your items hostage and tell you you owe them $600 more than what you were quoted and will not unload or give you access to your things until you come back with the additional cash in hand. You are completely ignored when you try to file a claim post move, their claims line does not have anyone answering the phones, it goes straight to voicemail. They quoted me two trucks, but only one showed up and then they tried to hold us accountable for a fine they received for being overweight. They insisted that we show up at the new location the next day by 8am and then they were two hours late. They broke an expensive piece of artwork (statue). The initial sales pitch was convincing, but this company is shady, stay away!

I was able to schedule at the last minute... that’s what it felt like to me! prudential van lines movers took my reservation request and provided a quote that quickly put me at ease! Moving day went off without a hitch and prudential van lines movers was supportive and encouraging... I was a little overwhelmed when they arrived! Thanks so much for everything!

prudential van lines crew were punctual, quick, and careful. I love that he gives you a set hourly rate instead of having trip charges, travel charges, etc. The crew was courteous and friendly. I recommend them with no reservations!

prudential van lines owner has been great. I hired him 3 times to pack load all sizes weights of items into three - 16 foot PODS storage containers. He and his 1 or 2 extra person crew did an excellent job of maximizing how much could be put into each one. Very quick work and reasonable price per hour too. I plan to use him soon on the unloading task.
