I used GPS for all my plumbing supply needs for my new construction home. The fixtures are stunning - modern & durable. I especially loved working with sales director Jessica Jackson who was incredibly kind and helpful with all my selections and took the time to explain why some collections were different from others. I am so grateful to Jessica for helping me through this process - she's the BEST. Highly recommend this store.

This staff at GPS in Ridgefield is the best!!! I had the pleasure of working with Amanda. She was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. She and the staff there go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again GPS Ridgefield! You guys are amazing!!!

You can go to an other larger supply house, but you're only a number. And when you have a problem with something, it's all Chiefs and no Indians. Nobody is ever at fault. The friendships you make here are for a lifetime. From the manager to the office staff to the counter guys to the drivers, the entire staff has been nothing but great. Life's about solving one problem at a time, and Jared & Frank (RIP) have always been there to help me through the process. Highly recommended.

A Corona viruses trap.Two guys in the front desk with no masks. One talking Spanish and the other Corean. Wait 5 minutes to be attended with no success. They are too busy talking no care of the walking in customer.

They only way I would ever shop here again if the two women were running this plumbing supply. Amanda and Jessica seemed like the only two who knew what was going on... The manager looked lost and the gentleman by the name of Jared was probably the rudest person I have ever met. He hushed me while he talked on his cell phone!!!!!! Anyway the women are on the ball here. I’d recommend you speak to them they made my overall experience better than I was feeling when I first arrived....
