“I’m a newer car owner, and this was my first time getting a detail — Williamsburg Hand Wash & Auto Detailing has officially set the bar sky-high!
I called for a same-day appointment, and Kevin was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining all my options. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade from a basic wash to a full detail, and the team went above and beyond, even staying late so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. That alone earned my loyalty for life!
When I picked up my car, I was STUNNED — it looked better than when I bought it. Kevin patiently answered all my (many!) questions (most of which were unrelated to the detail service, and more about general car maintenance), walked me through everything they did, and shared great advice on how to keep it looking new.
As a woman new to car ownership, I really appreciated how honest, helpful, and welcoming everyone was. No upselling, no jargon. Just genuine service and amazing results. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

“There’s no car wash experience better than splash n dash. It’s really a hidden gem of Jersey city. When you pull up your car is hand washed from the outside and the team doesn’t miss a speck of dirt. The vibes are always immaculate and the music and atmosphere turn a chore into a great time. They’re right next to Firestone so it’s easy to bring my car for a wash after being serviced. I am a huge fan of the rewards splash stars system and I tell all my friends to use splash n dash. They take such good care of their customers! Their interior work can’t be beat and such a great value for the whole wash. I always leave smiling. Couldn’t recommend George and his team enough. “Car wash is good and reasonable prices, but they need to do better when drying they be leaving everything wet most of the time and the rubber mats needs to be wash with soap, water and dried well. Aside from that they will get inside the vehicle with their shoes wets and leave the stain on it. They need to stop rushing and do a better job. Everyone can wait for a good service”

“These guys are the best! My sister took her car through a local car wash and left with dried bumps of wax all over the car. She didn't realize the damage until it rained the next day. I drive past Fanatix every day, and suggested she stop by. What a difference! When she took it in, the car felt like sand paper and you could barely see through the windshield at night. “Definitely the place to go if you want a thorough wash and care given to your car. A great team who got out some funky handprints on the exterior that would not come out in regular car washes or my own personal attempts. I LOVE how my car came out with the exterior/interior treatment which took about 30min and definitely want to come back for the fuller treatment which is 4hrs.”

“I was visiting family in SaddleBrook I came across this car wash and I loved it. The vacuums were free which was AWESOME! I was greeted by the manager Jay who was pleasant and very professional. I went through the car wash the attendant was very polite and offered me the option of several washes. If it wasn’t that I did not live in the area, I would have joined.
