Very rude. Don’t help at all and just deny everything. I can’t bring more than 3 packages. The gentleman is nice but the woman are completely unhelpful

This is a great post office. So glad they are close by, because my local post office location is hardly ever open. It's definitely worth the 2 - 3 minutes of extra driving to go to a location that is actually competent. Highly recommend their passport services as well!

Gladis was the rudest person with the worst attitude I have ever dealt with. Avoid this place, at least her.

Flat out refused to process my emergency lost passport renewal form as required by law. Said it wasn’t something they do. This is compounded by the fact that the USPS lost my passport.

I'm so glad that there's new staff members. I don't know when the man who's up front started but he's always so respectful and kind. Not one time he was rude or impatient. I appreciate that!

I had a great experience unlike the other comments …. There was only 1 agent working and when I came in it was completely empty so I was in and out in less than 15 mins for a passport !!! I have never in my life had such an easy passport experience…. Also I made sure to be polite and respectful and as such I am sure this is why I received a good treatment back. We get what we put out into the universe people so try to remember that when dealing with others.

This is the rudest UPS office I've ever been to. I went to cash a postal money order for only $100 and at 3 PM in the afternoon they said they did not have enough $. Completely l lied to me. I saw the $ in the cash register from person before. The Indian women working there smiled/ got off rejecting paying me. Then finally paid me after I pleaded I needed $ to take bus. SO. RUDE.

I have been in there twice without problems. However the last time witnessed a bad entanglement between a female Hispanic postal worker at the counter and another Hispanic lady. I feel that the postal worker was initially angry, cold, and rude and wanted the last word in the argument. As a native Spanish speaker, I understood every word she said. Really ugly.

Worst customer service experienced in a long time. The clerk was condescending, rude, and lacked respect when “helping” me with my passport appointment. No one else was in the building but she was clearly annoyed that she had to help me with some copies. Then proceeded to tell me my birth certificate would not be accepted, while repeatedly being rude during the whole experience rather than informative or helpful. Her disposition was nasty and miserable, and clearly from other reviews, Im not the only one who has experienced this. She needs to be retrained or removed from interacting with people altogether. Dont come here for any of your post office needs.

Mrs. Gladys should take classes for customer service, Mrs. is very rude, bad class, seeing that it is an office for citizens who need help

The worst customer service we've ever experienced. And the worst service has been continuing for many many months since we moved to this town. The worst one is the lady with glasses with a darker complexion. They treat my parents who don't speak English fluently like criminals. Always extremely rude to a point that my parent drive all the way to a different town when they can to avoid this location. Once they told my elderly parents to go to the back of the station to drop off the packages because they had multiple packages because they didn't want to handle the package at the customer service counter. Mind you NO ONE was waiting in line or anything. When they went to the back and knock on the door, no one responded. Then, they opened the door and whoever was inside didn't even acknowledge my parents. After a while, the person using their head motion to told them to put the packages in the pile without even saying a word. Another time, I dropped off 2 prepaid label packages then I asked "Can I have the receipt?, the lady sighed and gave me the dirtiest look and said "You have to ask for the receipt first." with a very irritated voice. (I've done the same thing for years at various locdations and never experienced this.) This is her attitude to me who speak English so imagine how she treats people who can't even say anything back. It's one thing for me to experience this but it really makes me angry to think my elderly parents are being treated like a dirt. They really need to clean up their culture at this location.
