Thankful for their expertise on what I thought was a simple problem to a child’s bike. They went above and beyond to dissect a faulty manufacturer problem and replaced a piece without charging extra and came out with a bike that’s more solid than how it was made. One of the men worked there for over 49 years and knew the ins and out of the mechanics of a bike. I would trust them for all future repairs now..my son is grateful to have his bike back!

The shop is perfect and iam pretty sure employees there are good but i dealt with a younger employee and he was so not welcoming at all and then this had me go out of the shop. not even coming here again. 0 customer satisfaction .

I brought my BMX GT pro performer to Cosmic Wheel to overhaul my bike I used to ride about twenty years ago, the team did an excellent job. there is no other bike shop I would use. The technician that worked on my bike was Craig he was incredible. Thank you

John and the crew at Cosmic Wheel are absolutely top notch! Full of technical knowledge and experience. Their customer service is old school which means it's an art. My son and I never felt any pressure to buy a bicycle but when we did and we had to return for service these guys took care of business on the spot! An absolutely amazing experience! We will never shop at any other bike store! Kudos to the team at Cosmic Wheel!

Bought my first road bike here recently. I was completely lost in terms of sizing and fit and John and Craig have taken great care to help me size, order, and adjust the bike to my needs! This kind of old school small business customer service is so refreshing and reassuring in a world of impersonal corporations and self checkout. There's a great down to earth vibe here. What an AMAZING business to go to. Top notch customer service, extremely honest ! Walked in with 2 tires I purchased to replace my son's bike and employee behind the counter took his time to check the tires first instead of just replacing them like I asked and ended up only needing to replace 1 !! Amazing 10/10

Absolutely outstanding, blue ribbon, red-carpet service! My friend just gave me a bike that had no air in the tires. I stopped by on a busy Saturday and Sam mechanic paused what he was working on and took care my tires as well as giving me a comprehensive bike pump and bike lock cost comparison. John, the owner was doing a pro bike fit for a fellow customer but took the time to make sure I understood how to use a Presta valve converter. These guys are part of a dying breed and I really appreciate their commitment to taking care of cyclists. Hard to find places like this.
