I’ve also been here for a workshop. They are not traders they are presenters trying to sell you on 10-20k worth of education. They compare it to college lol. I heard you get meaningless certificate at the end. And then when I looked them up they have been inundated with lawsuits from the ftc in regards to fraudulent practices. I would stay far away. It might be a classroom but they just do PowerPoint slides and that’s about it. The Forex Trading Academy is where I finally landed. They actually have real traders as trading instructors and it’s all one on one. They even have flexible s exiling throughout the week and you get all of the instructors cell phone numbers so you can call/text them at literally at any time. Reasonably priced too only $75 for the week plus all the learning material you can possibly imagine gets sent you. They also do options and futures which I’m about to do next. I was lucky to find them because my search in nyc was coming up pretty empty for a while. Be careful out there. Don’t let these “timeshare” salesmen corner you in a “trading workshop” lol. This place is not the best. I have been to a workshop too many pushy people. They don’t explain risk. There are better places out there for less than 14k for a class. The Foreign Excange Trading Academy is great. It’s one on one training tailored to your need.

I really like OTA! It's training concepts and top notch instructor are without peers. It's expensive! But with that cost they promise you're able to repeat classes as often as you wish. I understand each center is a franchise, and only make money on live classes if purchased there. Unfortunately, a deal is a deal. They're required to allow retakes if there's space. Apparently, NJ-N center in Ridgefield Park marches to the beat of a different drum, refusing me a seat at a Core class, which I requested 2 weeks in advance. Curiously, I was confirmed by parent org, but when I arrived I was told because I never took a class there before they would not allow me to take a retake and if I wanted to try again next month I was welcome to. Perhaps this was all a misunderstanding, but it doesn't make up for the time I took off to attend these 4 days. I feel they violated an agreement and our contract. Every other OTA center has been customer oriented with friendly folks trying to make the learning experience memorable. This time not!

Online Trading Academy is the best place to learn how to trade. The NJ center is such a nice place. You won't be hungry when you take a class :) The staff is very helpful and friendly. Sunny is the best! He is so knowledgeable and willing to help.
