“Cannot say enough positive things about this place! On a new road bike and my first ride in 10 years, had an unfortunate clip in SNAFU by the bridge that damaged my bike and made it unrideable. Thankfully I was within walking distance of the shop and within an hour it was completely fixed, along with a set of pedals that were a better match for my shoes/bike. I rode about 30 miles after without a hitch and the team was kind and friendly the entire time.”

“Stopped into Westwood Cycle earlier today looking to get some information on purchasing a new bike. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve owned a bicycle and I wanted something comfortable to ride for leisure and exercise. Met with Mark and he was awesome. So friendly and helpful in making sure that I had the right bike for what I wanted to do. Took the time to explain little things and answer any questions I had. Ended up purchasing a Specialized Roll 3.0 and so far it’s been great. Took it right home and did almost 15 miles right away. Mark and Westwood Cycle were great! Thank you”

“Updating from a 3 to a 4. My initial review is still below but it is more about the bikes. The Shop itself was good about follow up and helping with the recall repair and then also tuning my other bike. That said when I came to pick it up only had half a charge and I had a long way to go!So, the bikes are very useful and for the most part good. There was a tire recall issue on a bike that took awhile for the company to fix, but they ultimately did for free. We have two of them, a long one (the Wagon) for shuttling two kids and a shorter one that can handle one kid but is more for work. I've put about 800 miles on them combined, but the Mission City now has error messages (24/30) coming regularly and it is hard to commit to going the shop and getting it fixed as I wouldn't want the electric drive to poop out en route - it's far to the shop from where I am. Still using the Wagon with no issues post-wheel replacement, but hesitant to use the other. That said, both bikes combined were still $2K+ less than a Tern...so a plus.”

“Thankful for their expertise on what I thought was a simple problem to a child’s bike. They went above and beyond to dissect a faulty manufacturer problem and replaced a piece without charging extra and came out with a bike that’s more solid than how it was made. One of the men worked there for over 49 years and knew the ins and out of the mechanics of a bike. I would trust them for all future repairs now..my son is grateful to have his bike back!”
