Both Joel and Bonnie were sympathetic about my unfortunate experience with the online jeweler and truly cared about me being 100% happy. We decided to remake my engagement ring and wedding band in platinum so that they would last me for years. Joel helped me with the design phase (I was very particular about how I wanted my ring to look & the diamond to be set) and then the rings went into production. Bonnie kept me updated through out the process and let me know when they were ready to be picked up. I am so glad to say MY RINGS ARE STUNNING! “In February I took my vintage 1665 Sea Dweller to Leonardo's for service. I was informed that it would have to go to the Rolex Service Center for evaluation for service. Leo spoke to Rolex and explained that I did not want the face or hands changed. After 6 weeks called, said they would service it, and get a new bracelet, and not change the face, hands or polish the case. It came back this week and is exactly as requested and looks great.
Leonardo's staff is excellent and helpful. I highly recommend them.
