I had the pleasure of being serviced by Richie here at this location! I honestly have to say that was the BEST customer service I have experienced in a good amount of time in general. He was very upbeat, helpful, time efficient, suggestive, supportive, and friendly! I went to just pay my phone bill and walked out with a brand new ipad! Lol he’s great! Thank you Richie! Will be frequenting this location for all of my Verizon needs!

I went today during open hours and the door was locked. I waited 40minutes outside waiting for someone to get there and I eventually left when I realized no one was coming. So frustrating!

Went to Verizon store on Water street in Red Bank to get a new phone . We were helped by Danny who was very professional , helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . All was done quickly and effectively . Highly recommended !
