STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OF “BUSINESS” Employees and “supervisor” embarrassed me in front of customers. Could not show me legal paperwork about a fee that was written on my package.. Young rude adolescent male insisted on showing me the door when I asked for supervisor and boss. Couldn’t be of customer service and actually an embarrassment that this store is in Red Bank. I often use this shop where the staff goes above and beyond when possible. Had a difficult return today and they good care of me. Easy parking on the street.

The employees are beyond rude and not helpful. Mary has helped me several times and she’s very rude. She also needs to be trained on how to use the printer. I’m not coming there to get attitude, I need things printed. I’ve had to get things re printed several times due to inability to listen to directions. I go because it’s local to me (or maybe I’m a glutton for punishment. I’m done with this place.

Stay away from this UPS Store! We tried to ship a box of high school uniforms in Nov 2023 (its now Feb 2024), which they lost. We actually don't know because the tracking we got for this package showed that it never moved from the store. We filed a claim with the store and were due a $100 refund back, which as of today was never received. We are given the constant run around and not only does Mary, the manager, never return a phone call but she now has employees blocking calls. We are taking this matter up with UPS Store Franchise corporate. DO NOT EVER SHIP WITH THIS STORE. Untrustworthy and will never send you a refund when they need to.

The store lost my 9 year olds glasses. Karen, the store manager did not call us back as promised. Workers cannot communicate with customers on the phone and have no idea what to do about a lost package. Karen, refuses to engage in civil conversation and hangs up on customers. It is a disgrace and the store should lose their franchise.Karen, I hope you lose your glasses today! And your keys.

Have gone to this location a few times but this most recent visit was by far the best! Mary helped me with my packages and was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Had a lovely chat and got some Christmas goodies as well, thank you Mary and Happy Holidays!

Came in with items to ship and they packaged and sent on it's way within 5 minutes! Paying is a breeze. Once you are in their system, they can look up the address(es) you have sent to before just by inputting recipient's name. No need to fumble for an address and recite it. So efficient and fast. Also deliver next day by ground, within 300 miles of location from which you send. USPS could never give you that guarantee!
