Usually have a good experience at this location until recently. Dropped off a guitar to be shipped that was in a very large box and it was somehow lost. Never scanned after arriving at the store. Extremely frustrated with how such a large package can go missing and no one can seem to locate it.

The guys here are super nice and friendly. This one person not sure her name was a bit rude. I'm not sure if it was intentional. I was shipping something out for my niece, and she wasn't the friendliest but may just go to the post office like usual from now on.

Had a poor experience at this store. The lady at the counter wearing glasses was not very friendly. I wouldn't go to this location. I would just use USPS or other UPS locations near by like on Shrewsbury.

I came in recently to drop off a package. The lady working at the counter was extremely unprofessional. Her name was Jean. I can't believe this store exists in such a nice town with such poor attitudes. She refused to tape my package or help package my items.

I’ve been using this UPS Store consistently, coming in at least four times a week for my business shipments. Up until recently, the experience has been smooth and the staff generally helpful. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
I came in to drop off a package that needed a shipping label pouch and a shipping bag. I packaged the items myself, which I don’t mind. However, I wasn’t sure how to properly use the label pouch, so I asked the staff member working at the time, her name was Jean, for help.
Her response genuinely shocked me. She said, “You’ll figure it out, that’s not my job.” Meanwhile, she remained standing looking off to the side, completely focused on her phone, giggling and texting. It was clear she had no interest in assisting a customer who brings in regular business, shipping over 30 packages a month.
Every other employee here has been polite and professional, but this interaction was unacceptable. If you don’t like working with customers, maybe a customer service role isn’t the right fit.
I’ve always appreciated this location, but after this I’ll be considering other drop-off points for my shipments. I encourage management to look over employee Jean's ethical approach. I'm hoping it was just a bad day, but regardless it's unacceptable.

My friend just told me that she goes to this UPS instead of Shrewsbury and instead of West Long Branch, because Red Bank has the most helpful and patient people working there. Thank you for treating your customers with such care, especially customers who have disabilities.

I WAS LIED TO AND OVERCHARGED Threatened to call the Red Bank Police Department (Cops in the young man’s words) because I asked to speak to a supervisor. I’m astonished with this locations customer service. Could not show me any paperwork on a fee that was scribbled on my package..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OF “BUSINESS” Employees and “supervisor” embarrassed me in front of customers. Could not show me legal paperwork about a fee that was written on my package.. Young rude adolescent male insisted on showing me the door when I asked for supervisor and boss. Couldn’t be of customer service and actually an embarrassment that this store is in Red Bank. Good luck

I often use this shop where the staff goes above and beyond when possible. Had a difficult return today and they good care of me. Easy parking on the street.

The employees are beyond rude and not helpful. Mary has helped me several times and she’s very rude. She also needs to be trained on how to use the printer. I’m not coming there to get attitude, I need things printed. I’ve had to get things re printed several times due to inability to listen to directions. I go because it’s local to me (or maybe I’m a glutton for punishment. I’m done with this place.

Tim and Monette are great
