Horrid location 0/10. Blonde lady is nasty and judges if you have social anxiety. Had a defective chain (broke within not even 24 hours of ware) and was told I get an additional hidden fee for $75 even though it was around a $300 purchase! Lovely. Cannot believe I was told that the chain breaking was my fault even though it had just come in the mail. I brought it back home broke, would rather have it rot then fix a chain that is worse quality than your average piece from Shein.

I bought my wife's wedding ring and other jewelry over the decades which was all quality I expected. However, recently I bought a bracelet and noticed it on the floor in the house almost immediately. I should've realized it was a defective clasp and returned it. It was lost on our anniversary vacation.

Went to get a present for my best friend. Lynn, the sales lady, was kind, professional and very easy going. I didn’t know what to expect from this place but I had the most pleasant experience buying an inexpensive piece of jewelry at the expensive store. I will be back for more!

Danielle at Tiffany's was so sweet and super helpful. I went in to have her authenticate a pair of diamond earrings from a non T&Co pair. After doing so she cleaned them and returned them to me in a new duster bag. 10/10 customer service :)

I went into this store because my Tiffany bracelet broke that my daughter gave me for Christmas. I was told by the sales associate that they could send it out and repair it for $70.00. I told her no that was too much and I only had the bracelet for 2 months. She then said well we could send it out for $50.00 … when did Tiffany’s start negotiating prices? I felt like I was on Canal Street. Long story short she spoke to someone else and told me this was a one time deal and replaced my bracelet… Thank you but I’ll go to the Tiffany’s in the city next time.

I think that any Tiffany product is a 5 star product; however, I am rating the store and customer service I received at the Red Bank location with 3 stars. My husband is a business owner, and this holiday he picked out a necklace online that he would send an employee of his to pick up for him due to time limitations (we are 45 minutes from this Tiffany location, which is the closest to our home in Ocean County). Unfortunately, the necklace he chose was not my style, and I made the commute after the holiday to return the necklace with my gift receipt. Because my husband’s employee purchased this item directly, I was being told that she would have to be the one to return the item in person; the gift receipt was only good for store credit.. My husband’s employee was obviously not aware of this policy when she made the purchase. I understand that stores have specific policies, so this was okay and we were able to create a solution. I am writing this review because the sales professional, D. Heidelberger, was sarcastic in response to several of my inquiries about the policies. When I asked if I could speak with the manager to see if there was anything he could do about my return, she walked away commenting remarks under her breath and shaking her head. I was told that there was one more day left to return my item within the 30 day policy, so I was being given the option of receiving store credit (that I’m not sure at this point that I would use any time in the near future), asking my husband’s employee to spend an hour and a half making the trip to make the return herself within 24 hours, or apologize to my husband that he spent $600 on a necklace that I unfortunately would not wear. I’m disappointed that my questions and concerns were met in such an unprofessional, immature manner.
