I popped into The Barefoot Bride on a whim today. The last time I was in the shop was almost a year ago. I walked in and said “I don’t know if you remember me” and before I could continue Lisa said “YES! Halter dress, surprise wedding!” That alone reminded me why I loved this place.My fiancé and I had a surprise wedding. Our friends and family thought they were dressed up for a fancy surprise 40th birthday party I was throwing for him.I came into the shop today to share a video of the surprise with Mayra (owner), Lisa (assistant) and Alla (seamstress). They were my honorary sisters and Moms during my appointments. Since it was a surprise, I couldn’t bring anyone with me. Alla is a master of her craft. My dress fit perfectly.This was the only place I shopped for a dress. They had a wide variety and affordable prices. They were kind, down to earth people, had quality product and wonderful service. I wasn’t just a sale to them and that’s what makes this small business stand out.

The owner Myra was amazing!! I scheduled an appointment last minute and she took us right away. She spent over 2 hours with me, my mom and mother in law. She provided close to 20 dresses for me to try and really wanted to find a dress to fit my style. I ended up getting a dress that is great quality and a great price! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I were treated with the utmost respect, empathy and professionalism , We had no pressure as my daughter looked at and tried on over 10 gowns. The owner as well as her employee were both supportive and answered all of our questions. My daughter found the gown of her dreams and for this we are ever so grateful in the entire process which took over 2 hours. The Barefoot Bride is a shop where quality reigns! It was a truly enjoyable experience!! The price is what we expected . This is haute couture !! Very important to know that the care in choosing the gowns by the owner is also the same quality of care given to her customers, Bravo to the owner of this lovely establishment. May you have continued success for many years as you make other future brides to be as happy as you made my daughter and me!

I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation that I have for Barefoot Bride team! I walked in with no appointment and was absolutely distraught from an experience that I had at another bridal boutique. Mayra immediately started listening and asking questions about what I was looking for. She calmed me and made me feel so confident and beautiful. They pulled multiple dresses for me to try on and did everything they could to fit my vision. Mayra has truly gone above and beyond for me. She puts all of her energy into each bride, mother of the bride (yes, my mom ended up getting her dress from BFB as well), and bridesmaid. Her care and dedication truly shows. When it came to alterations, Allah (seamstress) was so meticulous. Every piece of lace fit perfectly together, even after being cut and changed. They both listened and were very professional in giving advice as to how our dresses should fit. Not once did I feel pressured to change how I look - they truly made the dress fit to me and my figure. I wish I could get married again just to relive this experience. Mayra and the rest of BFB team, thank you for making each and every single one of your brides feel gorgeous on their special day!

Working with the Barefoot Bride team for my wedding was an extremely positive experience from start to finish. From our first conversation, Mayra and her team made me feel so welcomed, special and ready for my wedding day! She went above and beyond to get my dream dress ready on a quick timeline without sacrificing anything. Her attention to detail ensured the dress fit perfectly, and I loved how I looked and felt all day. I loved my experience at the Barefoot Bride. I just for married this past July and from the time I walked into the shop until I walked out everything was amazing; from finding my dream dress to alterations. The staff was not only super welcoming and accommodating to me, but I brought my mom and mother and law to get their dresses there as well. I would recommend the Barefoot Bride to all future brides.

Barefoot bride saved my wedding day! After my final fitting with another company I was in absolute tears. It was a mess. I walked into barefoot bride 2 days before the big day. Yes, 2 days. Mayra is an absolute saint. She took me under her wing and found the perfect dress for me...the first dress we tried on! They took a size 10 dress and brought it down to a size 2 in 1 day. It fit like a glove. The seamstress is literally a fairy godmother. Barefoot bride treats you like family. Not only did they dress my mother when she got married, but they saved me from disaster. Do yourself a favor and put one of the biggest day of your life in their hands. I love you Mayra!

This is a beautiful store, but both times I’ve been here for my bridesmaids we’ve been largely on our own. Yesterday three of my bridesmaids and I were at the store we had very little assistance and help. I felt like we weren’t as important and a burden because I wasn’t trying on wedding dresses. Thankfully one of my bridesmaids is well versed in fabrics and colors, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to narrow down what I wanted.

This is the place to buy your wedding dress!!!!! First of all, Mayra the owner is absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough about her. She makes you feel comfortable like the store is your home, I love her!!!! Mayra has stunning dresses that you will fall in love with AND she even has a boutique in the front of the store ? I went to 3 other stores looking for my dress before Barefoot Bride and I knew the second I walked in this was where I was getting my dress. If you want beautiful dresses, a clean and stress free environment, and accomadating/friendly staff, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. You will not be disappointed.

I am a bride of Barefoot bride and cannot emphasize enough the customer service of the owner, Myra. I found a dress that I wanted online that I couldn’t purchase directly. There were a list of stores to call and see if they had it. I called 10 stores on the list and no one had the dress. When I called the Barefoot Bride, they also didn’t have the dress, but Myra was the only one who said “I will find it for you”. Less than a week later, Myra called me back and said she FOUND IT. I tried it on and I knew it was the one and bought it on the spot. I am SO grateful Myra went above and beyond to ensure I had my dream dress for my wedding day. Mayra was SO sweet and did a phenomenal job at helping me with wedding dresses and knew exactly what I would love and would look best on me. Plenty of different styles and options to choose from. Alla was also pretty helpful and kind. No one was pushy and gave honest opinions which we all can appreciate. Highly recommend The Barefoot Bride if looking for a wedding dress or even bridesmaids/mother of the bride dresses! Mayra knows what she’s doing!

My wife took me to help pick out a dress for our vow renewal ceremony. I usually feel awkward visiting stores like this with my wife. I mean why don’t stores have a section for the guys to sit in. A few big recliners with TV’s would be great. But to be honest, the moment I walked in with my wife the staff was super nice and attentive to not just my wife, but to me as well. The owner Mayra made sure I felt comfortable and went out of her way to find my wife a stunning dress. Now my beautiful wife and I are ready for another lifetime of marriage together

I had an incredible experience at Barefoot Bride! From start to finish, they were accommodating, patient, kind, and helpful! They truly wanted me to feel my best and did not rush the wedding dress process one bit. And they were just as welcoming each time I came back to try on more! I felt so comfortable going there for alternations, try-ons, or just to ask a question! The owner Myra, and her staff, Lisa and Kim were such a pleasure to work with and I cannot say enough about them. Thank you ALL for making one of the most important moments in a Bride's planning so easy and fun!

I had such an amazing experience trying on dresses for the first time at Barefoot Bride. Lisa made sure to make my experience so special and listened to everything I wanted in a dress. My mom and I had such a great experience working with this shop. HIGHLY recommend.

We originally went to another larger shop for bridesmaid dresses and someone I know came here for her gorgeous Bill Levkoff dresses. We had such an awful experience… I do feel for the person helping us because she didn’t know how to answer any of our questions, how the dresses fit, how long they take to come in, or how to properly clip the dresses. Another lady was helping her and juggling us and another group. The lighting in the shop is awful. I also started helping my one bridesmaid try on some dresses because it was moving slow and one of the ladies working in the shop made a comment- a bride trying on bridesmaid dresses?? Umm yes, I am lol. I was immediately checked out after that. We ended up going with another larger shop.
