I go here for the pool only as the water is the only thing my joints can tolerate. Love the pool and the fact it is saline. I love going and feel good when I'm done. I'm making progress. I wish they had a larger pool, but I understand the facility is small. The front ambassadors are very friendly as well as the other staff members I see. However, I don't find their marketing manager to be friendly or helpful in the registration process. In a place like this, you'd expect your sales manager to be personable and approachable and she lacks those qualities both on the phone and in person. Sorry.

Visited here as part of a fire department swift water rescue class. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly.

15 year member- considering leaving. Post-covid, the stripped down facility just isn't worth the premium price. And it feels a little 'vacant' in both locations- They no longer provide towels, cups, mouthwash and cheap razors. Scales & Water fountains often broken, starting to feel like they are waiting to sell out to a developer.....These are such small gestures and they seem to cheapen the vibe when the club did not seem to bother bringing back the 'club' elements. Those little things also made it easy to slot a gym visit into a workday- now, it's basically a slightly dated retro fitness with a food service area.

I've been a member here for quite some years- in my opinion it's worth every penny if you have a family. Especially for the cabana pool which has always been the highlight of our summer. Lance and Rich, the pool managers and lifeguards, take great pride in maintaining a safe environment for ALL of our kids. Thanks to them, we thoroughly enjoy our pool days!

Jacking off in hot tub - disgusting! I was beyond disgusted to observe a male member alone in hot tub spend several minutes with powerful jets blasting on his junk (facing wall) while ladies water aerobics was taking place. After getting off, man turned back around, thoroughly exhausted and proceeded to clean out his bathing suit liner. Yuk! Nasty!! Had the life guard NOT had his nose in his cellphone, he MIGHT have observed this disgusting behavior. Seems "Lifeguarding" at TAC means keeping up on social media on your phone, wearing street clothes and shoes. Pool is always dirty and the kicker is when it's pointed out to mgmt, they ignore the members' concerns and observations. A management change is desperately needed here, who cares for member feedback, not arrogant imbeciles.

The Atlantic Club used to be terrific and a top notch gym, a bit expensive, but it felt like and was a premium club. They offer a ton of classes, which I have not tried, but makes the monthly cost quite reasonable if you do. Once they reopened in 2020, they took away the locker room towels and there are no cups for water. I can no longer shower at the gym because I'm not going to bring my own towel. If you want to hydrate, bring your own bottle.

Great club to be a part of! You get what you pay for here with value, it’s never too busy that you wait for a machine and it’s kept clean. Steam sauna is awesome and staff like Barry and Sue are great!
