The food is very good but service is very slow and spotty and the décor needs to change, so outdated! This can be a gem if renovated and if service gets improved. Hopefully management takes note of this...Kid-friendliness: not bad

Visiting Redbank and dined here for the 1st time. My wife and I both started with a delicious generous portion of soup. I will say that the wontons were amazing. We then shared the Beijing duck. It was outstanding and could have fed 3. As of 3/23, they did not have a liquor license. Although they do allow BYB which we did not know, no fault of theirs. Highly recommend if you are a duck lover. Watching the plates[fantastic portions] run by, made me believe their other dishes are outstanding as well. Great service. Sorry no photos. I was too busy stuffing my face!

The food was delicious, large portions great for family style dinners. The chicken was all white meat. I highly recommend.

Excellent! We ended up here by accident, as Red Bank parking is so awful we couldn't get within blocks of the first choice. Parked right across from Tiffany, and walked right in was seated. The mixed appetizer platter had THE best satays I've ever had, thin wrappers on the frued dumplings, calamari and egg rolls above average. My main, ma po tofu-delicious AND a huge portion. Giant shrimp were also delicious. The room can get a bit loud though-but overall terrific.

Overall Food was flavorful and exhibited complex profiles. The sampler platter however was a disappointment in that the beef ribs and beef satays were tough. Also, the platter came to table at room temperature not hot. Two main dishes (orange tangerine scallops and vegetable chow fun) were extremely good and made up for the disappointing sampler. Served steaming hot and cooked to perfection. Our waiter (Ragil) was fabulous. Also, one in our party had a number of food sensitivity issues and the chef was extremely accommodating. Noise level was off the charts so if you're looking for a place for quiet conversation, Beijing Bistro is not for you.

Good food, really nice atmosphere and wonderful staff. It's a BYOB. Portions are large, could be worth a share or in our case a nice amount of leftovers to enjoy again!! Would definitely return!

We can't say enough good about Beijing Bistro! It is truly the gem of all Red Bank restaurants! Again, we enjoyed sumptuous appetizers- spring rolls and ribs ! All freshly made and piping hot. Four of our party ordered the Sizzling pepper Filet mignon- again, excellent and everyone's meat temperature was perfect. One person went with the sizzling pepper shrimp and scallops- she loved it! The last guest ordered the shrimp Tempura with orange slices. The prawns were large and tender and he loved the sauce. One of our party was celebrating a special birthday, I requested a birthday dessert for the table on Open Table, and the dessert arrived with a candle and two wait staff singing Happy Birthday . It was a perfect ending to a wonderful birthday celebration! Beijing Bistro has figured it out ! Near perfection in dining and excellent cuisine!

We went to Bejing Pavilion the day after Valentine's Day to avoid the crowds. We were not disappointed. Our server was attentive and friendly, the lettuce wrap appetizer was delicious and arrived quickly. The entrees were even better, we had Grand Marnier Chicken and Black Pepper Filet Mignon. Excellent place for a family dinner and a great spot for date night. The BYOB is a plus. Can't wait to go back.

The best Chinese food in the area, as such very busy. Make a reservation, show up on time and it'll be fine. Maybe it was the night we were there, but they seemed to need one more experienced server. We spoke up a couple times and they were very nice.

The food is traditional Chinese-American fare. It's what you're accustomed to in a Chinese restaurant. Our waiter,Ben was courteous, friendly and efficient. We were promptly greeted upon entering and seated without menus or water being served. It took at least 20-25 minutes before we caught Ben's attention and after that all went well. We noticed other tables suffered the same fate after they were seated. They offered no crispy noodles with our soup order, no tea service nor were supplied any soy sauce, mustard or saucy susan type sauce with our meal. Being a BYO is a nice advantage, but more care needs to be shown at tableside.

i had dinner there again, last Saturday, with a Family member and, once again, Beijing Bistro did not disappoint. Ryan, met us at the door and led us to our table with Tina was our server. The menu and service was most welcoming. The food preparations, most creative. I tried the Egg Roll Filet Mignon; my Family member ordered the Chicken and Beef skewers, Satay. For our entre....I ordered the Garlic Shrimp with Asparagus and my Family member ordered Crispy Steak Tangerine. All menu items were outstanding. Having a "white linen table cloth" Chinese Restaurant is rare to find these days as so many are "take out only" with subpar cuisine. The BYOB is also an attractive feature here. I highly recommend Beijing Bistro!!

Our first time to Beijing, but we will absolutely be back. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We have struggled for years trying to find quality Chinese food that tastes good, and are so happy we found Beijing. The chilled noodles with sesame appetizer was full of flavor. The white meat chicken in our mango chicken entree was moist and tender and the dish loaded with sweet, ripe mango and steamed broccoli. The sesame chicken entree was packed with crispy white meat chicken morsels in a light, but flavorful sauce. The serving sizes were ample, so unfortunately, we had no room for desert ?. Thank you for a lovely dinner, Beijing Bistro, and we will see you soon!

I don't usually do the review thing. However this restaurant warrants the attention. Amazing food across the board and great service (Ben)!! I was with my family (4 little girls included) and a plate of orange chicken was dropped. They came and cleaned up the mess immediately and provided us with another plate of chicken. Very happy and will back asap!!

As before, the menu presents very creative Chinese cuisine. The Staff is Caring and Friendly. There's always more than enough food to take home. I highly recommend a visit here!
