Tellers are friendly, courteous, and efficient. My only suggestion is for the teller not to socialize with the customer if people are waiting in line to be helped.

I went to this branch to cash a very old (like 10 year old) Amex gift cheque. Not a gift card, but the old paper checks from eons past. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. The tellers were super nice and friendly, and helped me with this unusual request right away.
