Very dissatisfied with this store. If you want to spend 6 plus hrs waiting for them to pick up the phone, wasting valuable time when instead, you can go to west long branch and be treated like a normal human being. They charged me for 3 months of prescriptions than refused to refund me money when I only got a month supply.

25 minutes on hold. First 2 callers ahead of me, then 1, then 0 and waiting and waiting until I gave up. Forces me to visit in person since I need to speak with a pharmacist. Not good.

The 2 times I've had to pick up a rx for my mother at this pharmacy it was not ready even though it was called in HOURS before. I wouldn't expect instant accessibility if they had 30-60 minutes (although lots of pharmacies offer that) but their excuses of being short staffed, vaccinations and busy just don't cut it. I don't expect to be told to sit down and give them another 20 minutes while they have already had hours.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs here are so friendly and upbeat, I feel like they really enjoy helping me, and sometimes they even fill my prescriptions so fast it surprises me. Thank you for being so pleasant to interact with! - Amber Gorby

The pharmacy messed up on my son's medicine, they gave me 30 pills for a month that has 31 days, then proceeded to tell me my doctor would have to call in for one pill. I am beyond upset with them and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am back again and as usual there's 10 people in front of me!!let's see how long I have to wait. Last time I was here they pissed me off so bad! Their computer called me up and told me I had to pick up my prescription and then they told me I can't have it. They are ridiculous.

Besides not having the medication I needed the pharmacy wasn’t properly canceling my prescription. I needed to call multiple times and was stuck waiting at another pharmacy for over an hour.

I have been to this store many many many times. There are so many unbelievable lovely and helpful people that work there, we will start with Dorothy the pharmacist ; she is kind , helpful and so knowledgeable. Then Miss Bliss , Edgar, Steve and another lovely lady in the pharmacy (there at nights with long hair and glasses) tand a woman who is there first thing in the morning in the front. THE should all be recognized by the company !!! These lovely people are there with smiles on their faces and so kind to me personally and others no matter how crazy busy they are!! I am in there so much and see their dedication to their job and how they treat others should be recognized and applauded . I make my way to get every prescription i have to go there . thank you
