I have been searching for a groomer in the area to make my cavapoos look like poster puppies and they delivered!! They did exactly what I wanted! Not only did they make them look amazing but they also treat my babies with such love and care my pups use to dread the groomers and now they are shy but slowly warming up! I LOVE THEM AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently took my beloved Benji to Planet Poodle for his first grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming, putting both Benji and me at ease. The staff were not only skilled professionals but also genuinely caring individuals who clearly love what they do.Benji emerged from his grooming session looking like a superstar - his coat was immaculate, his nails trimmed perfectly, and he had the biggest smile on his face! It's evident that they took great care of him and ensured he was comfortable throughout the process.Thanks to Planet Poodle, I've found a new home for Benji's grooming needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care for their furry friends. Thank you for the exceptional service and for making Benji look and feel amazing!

0 stars if I could. 3 baths and only first went smoothly. 2nd visit they didn't touch my dogs nails, though were accommodating when I brought him back. He's fine with having them cut, this is negligence not because he squirmed. 3rd bath they didn't do his nails or trim his paw-pads. I was told he only got a bath, but last two times it was $69 he got a bath, nails and ears are were included; this time, I paid $75!! I left a message asking for a call back, received a text back from someone who was very rude, and I asked them to call me - Twice. To which there was no response, and no call. I called them but continually got voicemail. There are plenty of other places I can go and I plan to. Horrible customer service and negligent groomers.

New to the area and so happy we found Planet Poodle for our dog. The facilities are clean, the groomers LISTEN to your particular concerns and of course the dog looks beautiful upon completion. Also treatment plans are available.

Planet poodle staff are friendly and warm we were at a big box place for a long time until we picked him up once and he didnt want to go back and was shaking ( he was physically fine) but hes loves it there and pets are well received and well cared for very happy here thank you everyone who cares for our family dog!

I would not recommend Planet Poodle to anyone. The staff is great however the owner Beth is horrible. I brought my dog in for a cut and wash and was charged 122.00. And to top it off the groomer who normally cuts his hair did not and it barely looked like he had a haircut. So when I complained about no one even telling me someone else was cutting his hair, instead I get an email of my subscription being cancelled. I called Planet Poodle back and was told that Beth cancelled it because she felt I wasn't a good fit! The audacity of her to do that without calling me herself. Terrible customer service.

Our pup Whisky LOVES going to Planet Poodle!!! And they nail his rockstar Airedale cut every time! We get complimented on this handsome devil everywhere we go, especially by other "Airedale people" (who are a breed of their own ?) and even other groomers. The Planet Poodle staff is all so nice and the groomers are not only so sweet but very talented at their craft! He even stays looking good in between visits. Yay, Planet Poodle!! ?

Robin at Planet Poodle does a fantastic job grooming our dog. He always looks great and she is always so nice, responsive and he is always done in a timely manner. And the best is how excited he gets when he sees her! Thank you for everything!

Outrageous prices for average grooming. My dog is a small Maltese and I paid about 120 not including Tip. At another groomer she is no more than $80. I asked groomer to specifically pay attention to her face and make it short. However, I had to take my dog there back again because the groomer did not listen to my request initially and her fur was still too long. Would not recommend this place unless you want to significantly over pay. They did not do a terrible job, but it’s definitely overpriced compared to other places.

Sad to update my initial review, they never opened to my dog again, because this place wants you to bring the dog to be groomed every 45 days, if you missed one appointment they just cut you off as a client.So I am downgrading the starts since that it is not nice.

I was a long-time customer of Planet Poodle for more than 10 years. They are very good groomers. Be aware that dogs are free to roam the shop, and my dog was bitten once and almost always came home with some fleas. But my biggest complain is that the owner is crazy. She is one of the nastiest people I've ever met. Because I had the nerve to question an increase in prices, she cancelled my appointment as I stood there with my dog. I have since heard from other groomers who have worked for her that she is a monster. Makes me worry about how well treated my dogs are when I'm not there. I can't support this business any more.
