i just luv donna and karen and Richard. i been with them when they was on rt35 and b4 they changed the name. those r the 3 main reasons i will not bank anywhere eles... give those guys a statute in front of the building they deserve that and more..they help me alot and they are always there if u need them.

“Inherited” OceanFirst after they acquired my previous bank, Two River Bank. First, Ocean First discontinued interest on my personal checking account. Next, they closed my branch on Asbury Ave. in Tinton Falls, which was 5 minutes from my home. Then, going to “my new branch” on Shrewsbury Ave., I find their “drive-up” ATM is actually a “park your car and walk up to their outdoor ATM.” Unsafe and extremely inconvenient. Not feeling the love and thinking about changing banks.REVISING my rating to 3 stars instead of the original 2 I gave them. Learned during a call from the branch mgr. today that they’ll reimburse other banks’ atm fees, if charged, no monthly $ limit. That clears the way for using other, more convenient, atm locations. If this OceanFirst branch does their planned facility modernization within the next few years, maybe 3 stars will go to 4 or 5.

My wife and I have been working with Karen Willis for the last 4 years. Karen is a pleasure to work with. She always leads us in the right direction and helps make every process easy. We can always count on her if we have any issues and it’s always done quick. The bank tellers are also amazing. You are always greeted with smile and a hello. It’s just a friendly place and we appreciate that.
