Publishing my debut children’s book, "The Splendid Spark", with Newman Springs was a truly incredible journey. My publishing director, Leigh, was pivotal in bringing my vision to reality; her expertise and advice from manuscript to publication made the process less overwhelming and intimidating.From copy editing and typesetting, to social promotion, the team at Newman Springs does a wonderful job in working in collaboration with authors. Overall, the experience was excellent. I have learned so much along this journey. Thank you to the entire team at Newman Springs for helping to bring “The Splendid Spark” to life!

I could not think any less of a company if you paid me. An absolutely horrible experience. It is hard to explain how bad this organization is as a whole because the staff were so terrible. DO NOT work with them.

I will never use a company with poor judgement of a person that is going to get there personal feelings involved and not treat someone as you do every one else and not offer a guarantee on the final outcome of the product . I feel as if I have been discriminated against and I would like a full refund. Please and thanks God bless you

Zach helped me through the process. Before finding Newman, the publishing process felt overwhelming. Zach was patient with me and because I am a new author, that was very valuable to me. They made the process efficient and it was smooth. I hope to publish many more books through them in the future.

This was such a great experience. From the very beginning, Lauri Sunderland, Sr. Publishing Consultant, answered all of my questions and directed me to Leigh Protivnak, Publication Director, who guided me all the way through the process. The communication, knowledge, patience, and encouragement was top-notch. She guided me step-by-step from setting up my online account and dashboard to invoicing to editing to publication and to promoting my book. I must say I was a bit intimidated by the whole process but with Leigh's help, it went extremely smooth. I highly recommend Newman Springs Publishing and I look forward to using them when my second book is complete.

After spending $4000 and a year of back-and-forth. It has been six months. I got one check of $400 that was all friends and family buying from online. I was told the book would be sold on Amazon and Barnes & Noble but now I see my book being sold everywhere. The problem is I’m not getting any royalties from any of it. How could all of the sellers have my book in hand yet? I don’t see any royalties.? Sales website has only updated one time in six months! Who knows what actually goes on. And they just asked me for $100 more dollars to continue publication already.

Escape To Living Off The Grid is my first book. The book has been published by Newman Springs Publishing. Lindie did a great helping me through the process. My book teaches both novices and pros some efficient methods used to install solar panels, solar PV arrays and solar strings and any related equipment necessary to safely produce electricity.

Newman Springs and their team did an outstanding job in the publishing process for my book, “Philpot’s Christmas Journey”, a children’s book. From beginning to end, the staff provided clear and concise instructions, information and suggestions. My publishing director, Autumn was especially wonderful. She was always available and responded quickly to my needs. She kept me updated on every step in the process. The illustrator captured my vision exactly as I anticipated. I cannot express enough how well this brought my story to life. Overall my experience with NS was very good. I had some problems with my first publication manager, but things went smoothly once I got with Kaylynn. She is both responsive and knowledgeable. Changes Wrought is the first book of a series, and I shall be back to NSP for Book 2. Strongly recommended.

Overall, my experience with Newman was positive. My issue(s) was dealing with the Program Director (PD) who I found aloof and curt. After numerous interactions with dealing with our emails going to SPAM I suggested we call each other to ensure we both were receiving emails promptly (which the PD said happens all the time). Unfortunately, when purchasing 100 books for a signing I was scheduling the books were not ordered due to the PD not receiving my paperwork after my call, which I stated was on the way - this resulted in a 30-day delay. Frustration and an unpleasant professional conversation occurred, where the PD hung up on me, which resulted with me calling the President of the firm to get things back on track. Overall positive, but customer service was lacking from my assigned PD.

I have my book " If in him, You Believe " published by Newman's Spring publishing company. It was an awesome experience working with Kaylynn Vincent who served as my publishing director. Very professional, accommodating and patient with me. She was a gem. I will have Newman's Spring again for my next book to be published in the very near future. A perfect 10 indeed.

The publishing company doesn't hide anything. They are forthcoming about everything that they do helping people steering them in the right direction, in regards to discussions of what ,how to get they're book published.
