The staff is always so nice & helpful. Al is a great manager. Very nice guy, always helpful & knowledgeable. Today Stefanie was So pleasant, helpful, friendly, & amazing, helping me with my new phone & transferring everything over from my old one. Highly recommended store with a terrific staff! Thank you!

I was looking for an adapter for my phone so I could use my Bose headset. I needed it today. Bluetooth wasn't going to cut it. I needed to block out all noise for my project. I was annoyed that my phone didn't have a jack. I didn't know how to listen to the links sent to me. Metro by T-Mobile on Shrewsbury Avenue in Red Bank was great..Nice sweet hello at the door... accomodating knowledgeable salesperson.. manager knew where the inventory was located and I was out in 5 minutes!!
