“As a baby boomer I recall shopping at Army Navy stores as a kid-back then it was mostly true Army/Navy surplus. Gas masks! Pea coats! Camo galore! Canteens, binoculars, true military surplus ex Korea and WW2. Now it's more a work clothing business, but it serves a need.”

The retail specialist (Rachel) was tremendously helpful and even increased my discount for a handsome new suit I bought for a wedding. “I just can't believe I got 3 pants for the price of 1. Not only they were cheap but a really good material. The texture of the pants are excellent. No wait in line to pay. Store is huge. You can find anything there, from things to decorate your house, furniture, to clothes for men, women, kids and many other things. Is like a mini shopping mall in one store. The gal at checkout was just as helpful when I couldn't find the item that was on display.....she actually went and looked and found the item in question. “Today was a tough day, but the Michael Kors Outlet staff help brighten my day. Happy we went. They didn’t have what a wanted but I left with three beautiful items. The service was fast and kind. Like a well formed relay team. Janell greeted and got me started, when she got busy, (not before finding and bringing me a pair of cute sandals), another coworker, (tall wavy blonde hair and blue eyes), offered her help and kindly parted when I wasn’t ready. Maddie and Carol at the Coach store in Tinton Falls left me speechless… they were super friendly and welcoming to both my boyfriend and myself- not only did Maddie introduce me to great key chain suggestions she helped me really find the purse that made me feel comfortable and suited my desires! Carol was outstanding too! She was personable and educated us on the amazing deals you guys had and made our whole experience worth coming back to; that specific store! “One of the better retail customer service experiences I've had in a really long time. I was going to a wedding and realized I forgot to pack my suit (~4hrs away). I called the store when they opened and spoke with Kathy. Incredibly friendly. She took down my measurements and notes about what I was looking for. When I arrived that afternoon, Suzanne had two suit options set aside for me to try on. Good mix of some sale items as well as some full priced items. I did not feel like I was upsold or pressured to buy either options. They definitely made note of what I was in the market for from my call. I left with a well fitted option that was perfect for the wedding. I was also surprised that a few of the items they selected were on sale in-store but full priced online. So I saved a good ~$200 less than I expected.”

“This is a bomb ass store with so many accesories for a man to purchase his lady. They also had stuff here for men too, that had surprised me a little bit. We walked around and checked it out since it was our first time here. Nice clothes and gear for children and adults. Nice surrounding shopping center with other great places. I found a whole bunch of stuff I like to make at home on a daily basis. Pretty incredible here. Good customer service. I will come back again on my next trip.”
