I’m not usually one of these people that run to google to write a review but this pharmacy is the absolute worst. The level of incompetence by the staff is remarkable to me because I don’t understand how it’s possible to be in the medical field and and be this incompetent, almost every refill on a prescription I run into some sort of problem whether it’s lack of communication with my prescriber or their computers are down and it’s not updating the system for the insurance company to allow payment to be made even when I leave they don’t update their system so now I still can’t pick up my prescription because 1.no one’s answering the phones there 2. no one’s responding to any emails by my doctor!!!!!! And they put it in the computer that my prescription had been picked up and my insurance company says that I’m not allowed to pick it up for another two weeks. It’s absolutely ridiculous if you’re reading this and have any option to not go there please do you self a favor and don’t
