Kelly was such a delight! Great customer service and amazing personality. She took her time to give me the best rates and details of the storage facility. She even took her time to help me with my code to enter the building and elevator. I was in the process of looking around for the best deal of storage locations but honestly after interacting with Kelly I made my choice. She is the best!

I must share our story about the wonderful service and professionalism that my daughter and I just experienced at Extra Space Storage in Red Bank.Her belongings were stored at another local facility where conditions were so frustrating due to lack of maintenance and continual increases in prices, completely unworthy of their fees. It was time for a change.We discovered Extra Space online and really liked what we saw. It was late in the day so we rushed over there and, due to traffic, arrived at their parking area at 5:59 knowing it was closing at 6! When we got to the door we saw Kelly locking the door and walking back to her desk... we knocked on the door and she returned and invited us in.We already knew exactly what we needed so she brought us to see the unit. It was so nice, amazingly clean and the whole surrounding area and halls were bright with LED lighting. There are also dollies and a back up ramp for loading convenience.... everything is user friendly.We were given all the fees and important info and were going to start the process online, when we were home, hoping it would still be available. To avoid the chance of us losing the unit, Kelly offered to stay and complete the transaction for us!Her offer to do so was way beyond the duties of a manager. Her kindness, patience, efficiency and caring were unbelievable.We are so delighted with the unit, the building itself and above all.... Highly recommend this facility in Red Bank, NJ. Clean and conveniently located for quick trips back and forth. Covered lot to load and unload, so no worries if it rains. Plenty of available dollies. Kelly, who works in the office, has been especially helpful in guiding me through the rental process. Thank you, Kelly!
