Awful experience, they charge excessive storage fees they scam their customers. Their operating hours are not even up to standards according to New Jersey state regulations. Don’t ever hire this company!! Beware of the high charges!! They’re not open on the weekends either.

My wife's antique Mustang was totally disabled with the front end ball joint snapped. Fortunately Joe, in his 80's, was able to do no damage in hoisting the car into the truck. The average operator probably would have torn the whole front end of her baby, but instead due to his knowledge no further damage.. Have used Central towing in the past for skillfully moving other antiques

If there was a selection to choose no stars I would. Aft getting into an accident (which happened on a Saturday), police dispatched a nearby tow company and dropped it off at this lot (with no options of using my personal plan with AAA). I called immediately after the tow truck took my car on Saturday and was informed they aren't open on the weekends so I come back Monday for my car and they told me I owed them $500. They charged $330 for the tow from the accident to the lot which was not even a full mile away and $50 per each day of storage. They charged me for Saturday and Sunday costs even though I had no option to get the car until Monday and just told w policy. It's absolutely absurd I had to pay $150 to store it even though I had no choice because they were closed and had no option of towing it elsewhere. Don't forget the part their hours are 9-3pm mon-fri and the girl at the front desk had the audacity to say they've been open all day and I could have come sooner- no average working American ends work earlier than 5pm. I can't even begin to explain the unwillingness to help, rude attitude and overall terrible experience I had with this towing garage

Donald A . Day seven still will not provide me my car after I provided necessary doc, I have an appointment with State Attorney office . Filed a complaint with them . I can not believe City of Oceanoir t and well as Red bank would hire an unlicensed Service provider. They are su to protect and serve us . Having your car towed is stressful enough. But having to deal with a scrupulously unlicensed company is appalling. She even had the nerve to tell me they have no STate lic and didn't have to comply with rules and regulations, she didn't even know they have a website. Wow how illiterate and Ignorant is she . You should have heard her screaming at a customer on the phone . i've never experienced any unprofessionalism as I di hear Shame on the City. I am contemplating a class action suit.

My car got stuck in the middle of the road and I was waiting for AAA to get me a tow but the Police came first and got me a tow from these guys, they moved my car about 50 yards to get it off the road then didn't know how to charge me, so the tow truck driver calls his boss in front of me asking what to charge me and his response was uhhh idk just charge him $130. I'm not one to judge on how people price things but for a 30 second tow to charge me $130 sounds like taking advantage of the situation that I was in. The driver also nudged his "tip jar" pad over to me after I was charged $130.

Got assigned this company from state farm roadside assistance. I was told at 1:56 they would arrive in 45-75 minutes. I called at 3 pm and was told it would be another 40 minutes because of traffic. I called again at 3:45 and was sent to voicemail. So I waited from 2-4 and never heard from them unless I called. I cancelled the service and figured out another solution.

beware if I could leave zero stars I would call this tow company to get one of my tractor trailers unstuck from a job site I am very familiar with the price that it cost for this type of job I do lots of business every year with other very large tow companies in the state of New Jersey. I am fully aware that I will always pay a call out fee even if services have not been rendered. Tow truck company showed up with an under sized incorrect truck to handle the job then had the audacity to charge me heavy wrecker pricing. And on top of it the office staff is unbelievably rude stay far far away. Would honestly abandon the entire truck then called them again.

They lied about the time the tow would arrive. I told them I could no longer wait on the tow truck after waiting an 1hr and 20mins for a tow they said would arrive in 16 to 20 mins. The police could not wait and I was forced to use the police tow. They refused to refund any of the $300 I had to pay for a service I did not even receive.Service: Car towing

Worst experience ever. Refusing to work with you. Doors lock at 3 so normal 9-5 people watch out because they don’t care. Will NOT help with faxing release forms or staying late for people work NORMAL hours. Overpriced, and useless. Workers are rude and inconsistent with responses. Will NEVER use them if they were the LAST towing company on earth. Highly recommend ANYONE other than them. Should update hours to 8-3 since they’re too prissy to actually work.
