I've been fixing some engine problems here for the last few months and have done regular car service and other stuff like tires and brakes replacement etc. for my high-mileage Golf. Everything is great and prices are reasonable. I found this service after thorough research of services in the area and comparing different reviews, and finally chose the right one. While I live in Jersey I will only use Bradley Auto Service.

Amazing staff that is super helpful and very friendly!! If they don't fix it directly, they have friends/Partnerships in the area to get it done. Great work at a fair price! Highly recommend them!!

I'm not giving them this rating because of the quality or poor quality of their work...but I had a flat tire and I was very happy to have this place a few minutes away...but I was not treated as a customer in a decent way...I wasn't even treated at all ? I did not request a repair or change...I only requested the installation of the spare wheel.
She didn't even look at me and said, "I don't have time today to change it." She walked away from me. This was so mean. I really needed help, especially since the jack I had was not working for some reason...and I'm really far away from this place

This place is fantastic! I first discovered Bradley's auto last year when I was having problems with my other car. I brought my 2018 Hyundai to several places beforehand, and nobody could pinpoint what was causing my car to misfire. Bradley's was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and quoted a price that was literally thousands of dollars less than nearby competitors. For example, one nearby place wanted 3300 just to fix the timing chain. Unreal. Today I brought my second car to Bradley ( much older car, 2001). Once again, they pinpointed my exact issues and quoted me a repair price that is well within my limited budget and ensures I can keep this car much longer than expected. Erica is so nice, knowledgeable and professional. I will be taking my car here in the future. I recommend you do too.

I had a cracked exhaust manifold and rear brake issue on my 2010 F150. Bradley's was able to get my vehicle in and completed in a timely manner. The customer service was excellent and very communicative throughout the process. And the price for the work completed was reasonable as well. I would recommend Bradley's to anyone in the Middletown/Red Bank area that needs auto repairs. 5 stars all around !

Horrible experience. Gary made multiple excuses as to why it took more than 2 months to receive my car back. Then the icing on the cake, the problem was never fixed, they made it worse! Still had to pay over $300 for “diagnostics” and had to drop my car off at the Honda dealership. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Scam.
