Customer service very poor ? I went to deposit a check to my account. Staff not helpful. After 10min I ask for close my account. And give me my money..for check deposited 30 minutes no help.For account closing 9 minutes very helpful I don't know maybe staff did not like my name or my skin color ?

Terrible service. Turned me down for cashing a check because of an expired id yet I had my social with me. Cashing this check was very important to me. Just proves my point how money hungry the laws/ institutions prove to be. Oh well soon my MATD will be here which never expires ♾.

They always give me problems when I write a check every weekend. Today, 30 minutes they harrassed me here.... I have a lot of accounts here and hassle me when I take cash...This place sucks!
