“I have a 2019 Suburban, which I bought new and still have another year to finish paying it off. So back in mid-July 2024 marked the first time I was in an accident in over 30 years, a little over 3 weeks ago in Eatontown. I was sideswiped by a minivan, which took out my front driver side tire, front fender and some scrapes along the driver side. I was at fault ☹. The PD had a flatbed tow truck deliver it to Anthony's, all within an hour. My head was spinning. I never heard of Anthony's, nor have I been to a body shop in the past 30 years, but I can tell you they were great. I was clearly upset when I showed up at Anthony's and the co-owner guy Jimmy was very empathetic and kind to me. He calmed me down. The mechanic Brian was excellent to deal with and always kept me in the know… very nice people including the office staff. They worked seamlessly with my insurance. I hope I’m never in an accident again, but (knock on wood) if I ever do I will go to Anthony’s. Just to put the icing on the cake was they detailed it inside and out... it looks almost as good as when i drove it off the All-American Lot 5 years ago. Shout out to Anthony’s – what a class-act business. Thank you”

“Stephen is the best. Needed repairs on K5 passenger door and Jeep Grand rear bumper. Stephen was professional in discussing what needed to be done(he has decades of body repair experience), gave the estimate and worked with me in terms of repair costs since two vehicles at once. He also gave me touch up paint for a third vehicle that had a large paint chip area that was flaking off. He was eager to help with anything I asked of him. Simple system: drop off on Monday, pick up car on Friday. Simple, easy, effective. Highly recommend!!!”

“I bought my car just over a year ago and was due for service I had been going by the miles on the vehicle not realizing the terms of the service agreement were within 12 months. After contacting George H my sales associate, leaving a message and never getting a call back after almost 2 weeks knowing my appt was coming up I called again a few times and then thankfully got in touch with the right people. Danny F (sales manager) was nice enough to take care of the rotation and oil change even though I was 3 weeks past but the best part was Antoine in service! He was so nice and refreshing and even checked for a possible recall on the vehicle! I called PBNOK and spoke with Mike L. and felt PBNOK would be closed before arrival to purchase 2021 Rogue Sport Tonneau covers for my trunk. He checked inventory and didn't see one although a previous employee said they had one. Mike tool care of us. Found an suv Tonneau cover.I was so grateful and with permission I Hugged Mike. They offered a full refund or if I wanted they would locate the correct part. They called back next week with the correct part and the matching color. Their price was also better than other salvage yards. Very happy. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to make a second trip.”
