Bought Crystal Light 10 ct of the Raspberry Lemonade, almost half were damaged. Rock solid and crusty. Be careful what you buy there. The box was closed and 6 of the 10 were fine.

Why do people choose to work at places that they really shouldn't be working at?.really rude an useless tall kid was cashier at register for me last week. he had a mean look on his face and didnt utter a word to me and made me feel like I was bothering him.why the hell are you working there dude !

The staff is always great, their shelves are always stocked and clean, and they have convenient hours. I go here a couple times a month. It's super convenient. I can't understand why anyone would leave them a bad review.

I have made complaints in the pastThis particular store seems to always have issues with their phones. They are either not working, short staffed with no one to answer phones, and now today I hear the voicemails they receive are very staticky. Todays employees response was “I really should put a ticket in”So Today is the fifth day - my doctor is trying to call in my prescriptionUnacceptable!!

They sold me an expired box of chips today. I passed it out for my sons birthday goodie bags. When I went to return it cashier complained that I was returning something I handed out already meanwhile they have to pull the rest of the boxes and toss them

I am distressed to see so many negative comments about this RiteAid. I have never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pharmacists are responsive. Merchandise is nicely displayed. sales are awesome! Also, I have gotten flu, pneumonia and COVID shots here and have never had any trouble scheduling an appointment; in fact mostly I am a walk-in with little to no wait. Just wanted to share my insights.

I am in town for a short visit and don’t normally shop at this Rite Aid. It was first thing Monday morning, and I had a short list of obscure items that I needed. Genesis went out of her way to help me locate the things on my list. She was exceedingly helpful and a really fun person to be around. I would put her in the top one percent of all retail employees I’ve ever interacted with.
