I absolutely LOVE Paula and the outstanding service she's provided!! I've been seeing Paula for over 15 years, and won't trust anyone else with my hair!! I'm constantly changing styles, and she knows what will work and won't work with the type of hair I have. I also have a demanding job that requires me to sometimes reschedule appointments - never had an issue with that, she's always been very accommodating! Great atmosphere and wonderful service!!

I’ve been trusting Paula with my hair for over 10+ years. Since Paula opened her salon I’ve had other stylist from Vosi work on my hair and I’ve always had a pleasant experience.

Just recently came to Vosi salon to see the best of the best, Paula. I have been coming to Paula since 2015 and she ALWAYS masters the color and style I ask for my hair. I’ve come to her with some challenging colors and with great patience, she always is able to achieve exactly what I ask for. Aside from that, she has always kept my hair healthy which I appreciate so much. She also gives you tips on aftercare for your hair which has helped me greatly. Paula is beyond accommodating when trying to figure out a day and time to schedule my appointments. She is truly the only person I trust with my hair colors. Without fail, I always receive compliments on my hair. Paula is extremely generous, always goes the extra mile, makes you feel so comfortable and right at home in her salon and will undoubtedly boost your confidence with her amazing talent at making your hair look the best it’s ever looked!

I have been going to Paula for over 10 years and would never go anywhere else!! I always get a lightning-fast replies to booking requests and everyone is super helpful and friendly.
The salon is immaculate (and beautifully styled) and the customer service is impeccable. Absolutely awesome experience, every??single ?? time ??. Thank you Paula (and Vosi) for all you do ?❤️

Paula has been doing my color and cut for over 10 years. She gets my color just right and pays attention to detail, such as when I need extra conditioning or a toner. People always compliment my hair and ask where i get it done. I tell them I wouldn't go anywhere else!! She is as accommodating as she can possibly be when it cones to making appointments. Highly recommend!!

I and my family have been loyal customers of Paula's for more than 20 years. I initially saw her when I had a bad dye job at another salon. She brought my scalp and hair back to life. She won my loyalty then. She also started to cut my toddler son's unmanageable curly hair not long thereafter.
We faithfully followed her from salon to salon and finally to her own salon, Vosi. We happily drove a half hour to see her.
She continued to cut my son's hair over the years throughout all his important milestones. Paula was always on the schedule along with all the important ceremonies. She also took care of my hair while I started treatments for an illness.
My son is now 19 and working part-time. As teenage jobs are, they fluctuate and we have had to reschedule some appointments.
Rescheduling appointments at Vosi is not easy. This week, we had to reschedule my son's appointment. We left several messages and tried to reschedule online - days before the scheduled appointment. No one returned our messages and none of our multiple attempts to reschedule worked. So, my son's appointment appeared as a cancel or "no show."
Today, I am informed because my son has had 3 cancelations in the last year - regardless of the reason or our attempts to reschedule before the appt, the family is BANNED from the salon.
After 20+ years of loyal patronage this is what it has come to.
I am disappointed but salons are a dime a dozen these days. We will be giving our business to one closer to home.
Updtd: apparently leaving several good faith messages asking for a call back to reschedule an appointment is now considered "harrasment." They couldn't do the professional thing of speaking to me to tell me they weren't going to see us, instead they ghosted us and only responded to an email I sent after thinking phone lines weren't working.
No one was verbally assaulted, tormented or bullied.. there was no harassment. Get a dictionary.
And now they're saying the reason to severing the relationship is the repeated calls to reschedule an apptmt and not the 3 cancelations.
Warning... pet emergencies or work schedule changes won't allow you any "grace" to reschedule a Vosi appointment.
* it's all good. Good riddance.

Vosi is the best. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Megan is my usual stylist for color, grays, highlights , cuts and styles. She is the best I ever had!

Definitely recommend Vosi and my hair stylist Colleen. She is great. She listens to you and is great at cutting and coloring. I have received so many compliments on my hair. I hear that the other stylists are good too although to date I have only been to Megan for a blow out and she was also excellent. Highly recommend Vosi.

Megan has been cutting my chin-to-shoulder length hair for about 2 years. I would recommend her and Vosi to anyone out there, especially any other guys looking to manage longer hair. My hair is crazy thick. Like a carpet. Megan does a great job helping me manage it and listening to what I need and what I'm feeling. Everyone seems super nice and easy to talk to. Thanks!
