Got my order in May and was missing a metal bar. 4 months later of poor communication and "We really don't care attitude", I still don't know when I'm going to get it. I will never represent your company again.

I placed an order in May and was missing a file bar. 4 months later of "We really don't care attitude" and I still don't know when I'm going to receive it. Any other vendor would have taken care of this already. Chinese Import = Low quality + Poor customer service.
