Customer service gets a zero. Standing behind their product also zero. The owner will not return phone calls. Took my money fast enough. Had issues with warrantee. Owner advised that there was a five year warrantee. No such thing. Tried reaching out to them with no success. Horrible service, horrible people. NEVER buy from them!!!! They're liars. Lots of 1 star reviews. Not surprising.

I had an excellent sales experience with Rich. He was great (in every way) to deal with for a replacement, combination wall oven. He explained everything (and more) about the product. I also had questions/concerns about the delivery process. The sale and delivery both exceeded my expectations. Thank you Rich and Uneeda. I will definitely purchase again.

The prices are competitive, delivery timing was really good, but unfortunately, the follow up service is lacking.I had chased down Uneeda for a new face panel to the LG oven I purchased from them. Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit and I was promised a new one as opposed to refusing the delivery.This made sense to me, because it is removable and they had been great up to that point.I ended up chasing and calling Uneeda for over 8 months, always met with people who had no idea what I was talking about, or outright couldn't help me. I continued to ask and promised notes were being added to my file. But each time I called, about every 5-10 days, it was like starting over again.Unfortunately, I eventually gave up and never heard from Uneeda again... until today, I received an email asked me to rate them.I felt compelled to share my story. If your deliver and appliances are perfect upon delivery, great, otherwise, you better think twice about NOT refusing delivery, because I have very low confidence they will make it right. Come see my scratched up oven front panels for proof, now over a year later.

On Numerous occasions through the past few years I have made purchases from Uneeda, it’s gotten to the point that I go to the same salesman (Rich) explain what I’m looking for and he comes up with a good variety to choose from. Never a problem, never a hassle, never any pressure.

Uneeda does NOT stand behind its products! I bought a dishwasher that was defective. Had service 5 times and the problem still exists. They passed the buck to Kitchenaide who in return said it was something the dealer is responsible for. And they don’t return phone calls. BEWARE!

My brother stopped at Uneeda, and while inside an older gentleman harrassed me, and claimed my brother was, in fact, a customer of the establishment next door.Very rude, refused to give his name, and apparently this is not an isolated incident.Needless to say, my brother was not a customer after that.Edit: Uneeda responded to my concerns very quickly. So quickly, in fact, that I would give them a second chance. And say that they have very timely customer service

I tried everywhere to get a gas dryer delivered within a day or two. Uneeda came through. Was able to get a dryer delivered and installed within 2 days. They saved me. I am their new best customer! Happy New Year to me and to Uneeda.

Went looking for Refrig. Because Samsung only 5yrs old had problems & can't be repaired-> CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Robert found us one to fit our space dimension & had it delivered promptly & efficientently too !!! UNIEDA 's Service & Stella Delivery were TOP NOTCH !!!

Honestly, the discounts here are not as great as reported. I was looking at stoves and they were maybe $100 less than home depot and that was only certain stoves. All the prices shown in store as MSRP prices and they have to look up the "discount". Greatly disappointed.

(NO STARS) I'm addressing this complaint as the aggrieved of your business policies that have just robbed me of $4,480.26 when I bought a range and a washing machine from your company. Unfortunately, it couldn't meet my specific requirements (gas incompatibility) and as per the policy of your business, I made my request for seeking pickup and the refund which was rejected by your administration authority. Consequently, when I asked them for the reason they provided me with some terms and conditions to violate my refund request. Despite having an agreement for pickup. I paid a private company to return the appliances and was never offered the refund. Buyer beware: For over a year I have asked Uneeda appliances to please look into this whole matter of confusing robbing and get my refund for the appliances I do not have in my possession. I have also asked and been working with your company to correct the charger on the Wells Fargo credit card your company used to steal from me.

I just picked up an amazing beverage center this morning. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I shopped around and they beat out all of their competitors. Very knowledgeable and helped me load the box into our van. I could not recommend them enough! Look forward to buying my next appliance from them. Thanks!
