Stephen, Dan, and their entire team are incredible. I have purchased all of our appliances over the last 8 years from Uneeda and have always had a great experience, however, the hard-working team at Uneeda really shined with the purchase of our new washer and dryer. We had a new washer delivered and installed by them on a Thursday evening, and we realized shortly after using it that we may have made the wrong choice. This was completely our error and Uneeda was not at fault in any way. We contacted Uneeda the next morning, and I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and understanding that we received from Uneeda. Stephen was able to arrange another delivery and installation of a new washer and dryer (that were a better fit for our needs) first thing the very next morning, just two days after our initial delivery and installation. I am absolutely blown away by the team at Uneeda, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our appliances—and they squeezed us in their schedule the very next day so we didn’t have to wait. They gave us unbeatable pricing with both of these purchases, and they took the stress of the situation off of our shoulders completely. They exceeded our expectations in every possible way, I cannot thank them enough for what they do! I would give them 10+ stars if I could!

Maybe they changed their advertising. It's been forever since I listened to any sort of advertising. This used to be a place for scratch and dent appliances with great prices. Now it's just another appliance store and their prices... Not so different than anyone else.

HATS OFF TO WYATT, STEVE and staff at UNEEDA Appliance, located in Raritan. We were in need of a new WASHING MACHINE pronto and UNEEDA came through with the GE model we were interested in, at the best price listed anywhere and in the color we eyed as well. I can not recommend this place enough. We were in a pickle and desperately needed a fridge for our daughter’s 2nd birthday party. Stephen and his team were beyond polite and easy to work with. I don’t know how, but they were able to deliver us a fridge the next morning- hours before the party started. We live in an old home and they were determined to get the new fridge to fit through our doors, plus I think my wife would have lost it if we couldn’t get it in! Uneeeda appliance will be my first call when I am in need of any new appliance.

They were so easy to work with. I will definitely shop with them again over other stores. Delivery was fast, and smooth. Steve was great to deal with and answered all my questions. I'm so happy with my new stove. Thank you.

Just saw this man take his box truck parked in the Corner . And put it right in the middle of the lot so its harder for the customers of the other business to park.. all because you don’t get customers doesn’t mean the other business don’t

This company is a scam. The owner is a liar and the son is an idiot. We were deceptively told to NOT complete the warranty in order to extend it if needed. The moron son installed the refrigerator in such a way that the door wore away wires within when opened and shut, eventually leading to the appliances malfunction. Calls were NEVER returned. NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!! BUY YOUR POT NEXT DOOR AND RUN LIKE HELL FROM UNEEDA!! GOT SOMETHING TO SAY WYATT?? STEVE??

I’ve worked with good sales ppl who start out great while you’re in the store, but the service and support I’ve recd after my purchase has been exemplary! Have had CALL BACKS waiting on parts, they’ve inquired with manufacturers on my behalf and my product showed up in excellent condition, they’re “moving” service firm was good and timely!

Stephen was great with helping us purchase all of our new homes appliances and at a great rate. He was always responsive, and since we were new construction, was willing to constantly work with us to adjust the delivery date until we were ready. He's always been consistently responsive with any of my questions and needs or follow up inquires even after being done with our transaction. Will continue to recommend.

I was very impressed with the price of the new oven that I purchased from Uneeda. They beat the price of a major competitor by over $500! They had the oven in stock, and the associate was very knowledgeable and friendly - I will definitely buy any future appliance from Uneeda again!

This is THE PLACE to buy your appliances. This is a family owned business. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and will match anyone else’s prices. They also told me about rebates that none of the other appliance stores seemed to even know about.
I will continue to buy our appliances here and hope that you’ll also consider the small businesses first.
