I needed glossy photocopy paper. A rep at the Bridgewater store explained some details about that type of paper to get me to pinpoint what I needed. He guided me to the area where the paper was on display and he did pleasantly. He was generous with his time. The cashier was quick and pleasant.

6/27/24 closing shift female member was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful to my wife. She was told that they would price match a product that was listed available in store but it wasn’t, then when she got to the register she was told she “just wasn’t going to” because it was so close to closing. Mind you, if there had been anyone in the store to help me, she could have been in and out before the store was closing. They also damaged my ink cartridge when struggling to take the security tag off, and mumbled curses under her breath before walking out of the store. Thank GOD my business is relocating to another town because we will never go back to this staples again. Wildly unprofessional.

Promotions with Staples Rewards are difficult to download and redeem. Should be “on the spot”, just like supermarkets. Creates the appearance that they want to significantly hinder the number of customers that actually redeem coupons.

overall happy with the store. needed ink cartridges for my printer. placed 1-hour pickup order. it was ready within minutes. went to the store at lunch time and picked it up within minutes.
whole experience was smooth.
will shop again here.
