ITS A SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!The prices are extremely unreasonable. They raised the prices a dollar after covid. Now its $2.00 to was and $2.00 to dry in small washing and drying machines. The dry on high heat is about an hour and it still doesnt dry your clothes, so your left either hanging them to dry or paying another $2.00 to run the dryer again. Not to mention they charge you $4.00 for a laundry card ( so basically a wash and dry) and it's machines to refill the card don't accept any bills lower then $10.00. Your better off just going to your local laundry mat.

July 6, 2023 - Update: Check has been refunded in the amount of $91.00 for defective laundry card.I would like to make a complaint against SEBCO Laundry Systems.I am the caregiver of my stepdad, Paul Barberio who is 106 years old. He is on a fixed income, receives Medicaid and has 24-hour care.He resides in an apartment building in Bayside, Queens where they have washer and dryer machines in the building run by SEBCO Laundry Systems. To access the machines a SEBCO Laundry card is needed. My stepdad's laundry card reflected an error as the laundry card had $91.00 still on it.The card was sent via certified mail to the company with the necessary information for a refund check as a new card was purchased through the management office. The refund check has been approved and I was informed by Customer Service that they were just waiting for the President to sign off on the check. They said that it will be sent via Fed ex with a box of chocolates.It's been 3 months now, with repeated follow ups. To date, we have not received the refund.I am my Stepdad's voice and I will do everything in my power to seek what is due to him. Would SEBCO Laundry Systems want their loved one to be treated unfairly this way?Their lack of follow through and theft of funds.Sincerely,Karen Cracco
