Angel is literally the best representative I have worked with at FedEx. Printed over $20k of stuff, and he was so detailed and quick to get everything printed on time and correct.

Angel,the store manager took care of me as soon as I stepped into the store.He was a pro and immediately figured out why I wasn't able to print a 5 page piano music sheet I had bought on-line. I was in and out of the place in 5 minutes.
FedEx will be my go-to from now on !

I went to this location to return a set of cookware (100% ceramic). They are heavy, breakable and oddly shaped. Angel took time and went extra miles for me from printing the labels to packing... He was patient and helpful. I will definitely use this location again.

I was frustrated and running late to get something sent for my boss. I went to this FedEx Office and Angel and Niaiya were extremely friendly and helpful. Within minutes, Angel had two copies of my 40 page document printed and ready to send. I can’t thank them enough for helping me end the day stress free and with a smile on my face. Will definitely use this location again when I need FedEx services.

For my copy job, they are very fast and efficient, got it done in a half hour even though I specified not needed until the next day.
Welcome relief over the dysfucntional UPS store adjacent to Wegman's, who do not know how to sign into their own website to detect orders, then do not know how to do double-sided copies on their own equipment. For that malaise, they are no cheaper than Fedex.

Most of the time I’m very happy with the fed ex located at the Somerville Circle here in New Jersey. Unfortunately not tonight. I literally only needed to print a single page which would have taken less than 5 mins. The doors were open and the woman there (an elderly lady with short gray hair) was at the counter area.
As I walked by the window of the store I saw a customer in the store at one of the copiers so I proceeded to enter since it seemed to be open for business. The elderly lady wouldn’t even let me print a single page! I would have been done before the customer who was there printing something. The doors weren’t locked and what harm would it have done to let me print a single page?
What it would’ve have gotten was a 5 star rating from me. Remember that old adage that the customer is always right. I would have been so appreciative.
I’m visiting from California and in California they would’ve let me print out a single page. It’s just that people in New Jersey are so uptight and rather unfriendly I’ve noticed.
I could see if no one was in the store but there was a customer there in the middle of a print job so what harm would it have done to let me print something really quick while he is printing? Some might say that rules are rules but I say it’s ok to bend the rules sometimes and I only had one page to print AND there was a guy in there printing already.
Also if it’s so important to close at 7 why were the doors open and someone using the copier? I don’t think it would have broken any major rules to let me print a single page and you would have gotten a great review from me about Fed Ex’s great customer service but instead you get my disappointment and my continued belief that people are so much nicer in California.
I can’t wait to get back to California.

Been having my packages re-routed to here for the past couple of months. So far no issue. Ask for my name, show them my ID and that's it. Just wish the location wasn't on the somerville circle aka circle of car crashes hence the 4 star review. If you are rude to the employees they will have zero positivity towards you ( common sense ).
