Burlington is a store where you can find everything for the home, clothes for the whole family...what they should keep in mind is that the clothes get pierced by the hook or safety hook and spoil the clothes, come back to look for a replacement. together and the same thing happened when they removed the insurance ?
Another point of view is that there should be a cleaning employee to pick up the piece locks. My husband stepped on one floor and his feet fell. The lock passed and the sole of the shoe fortunately did not become embedded in his foot....I wish it did. take into account and improve it so that it is a pleasant and pleasant place to shop.

Honestly, the employees here are rude except for a few. The place is a whole mess. The god damn anti theft machine goes off every time when you leave the store. I rate this store a 1/5 stars. Absolute garbage

Awful experience there. When I asked the cashier to unlock the fitting rooms which says vacant on them. I was told that they won’t be able to unlock them for another hour even though they’re supposed to be up and running by 9 am. Also manager on duty with the white car is useless since he could even come up and try to solve that issue.

You must stay in line to do a return, no separate lone for a quick return
A year later coming back and still no changes and customer service is horrible, i had two full carts which I couldn't bring outside that i was willing to return. I would not recommend shopping here. Loss prevention guy was super rude

I had to return two unused items. I bought them in another store where they had not trial room. I had all tags and receipt. The store clerk (9jul, around 8pm) really handled return very rudely. I had poor a customer experience at this store.
