I had to take my sweet kitty, Rosie, to Animerge for an emergency visit last month. It turned out that my girl had a blood clot and there was nothing we could do. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Animerge. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Dr Guzman was very empathetic and took time to explain everything to me. Thank you to everyone for being so nice to me during this very difficult time.

Disclaimer, I did not actually take my cat here. BUT I did have a full 15-minute conversation over the phone with someone super helpful with answering questions and giving advice. My cat had (what I think is) an abscess that ruptured with bloody pus, and we talked through every little detail, and she gave specifics next steps and possible options for me and my pet. She also recommended what to look out for and even provided suggestions for other local ER locations should his condition worsen. I was just amazed that this place genuinely did out my pet first, without pressuring me for potential business. Thank you!

Dr Spiegel was absolutely amazing! my dog has had skin issues/allergies since we got her and every vet we went to wouldn't give us any answers , Dr Spiegel listened to all of my concerns and addressed everything. we got meds for my dog and after the first dose she is already scratching less!

the night crew ladies are all so kinda and generous. came in the middle of the night after finding my cat bleeding ended up being kidney failure and had to euthanize him but dr Castillo was very informative with everything threw out the process and the nurses were very warning. most definitely would recommend this place if you're putting an animal down alone at 3am

I had a problem with my dog Lucy. As my regular vet was closed, I turned to Animerge and it was a fantastic choice. Their facility, Doctors and supporting staff were just fantastic. The care and attention Lucy received was terrific. The doctors and supporting staff were always available to speak to for questions or updates. From admission to discharge everything went seamlessly. If the need ever arises again I would not hesitate for a minute to get to their facility ASAP. It’s very comforting to know that they are a 24/7 365 operation. Thank you so much Animerge!!!

I get it. It's the Era of covid. So no humans allowed inside. Beyond that, covid makes a handy excuse to book way more patients than you can possibly see - ostensibly without the other patients knowing. (All covid restrictions are currently lifted) Full parking lot means too many people waiting. My dog came in for a routine dermatology appointment that I was able to squeeze into the middle of my work day. 90 minutes. That's how long I've been freakin sitting here. This is crazy. Y'all need to stop over booking. I'll need to find another dermatologist because this is unacceptable.

They were speedy and kind. They handled my cats emergency immediately and communicated with me while he was with the vet. Very kind staff and took great care of my boy.

One of my cats was experiencing a problem that I believed to be a urinary infection. We went over to Animerge and found you cannot go in but must call from your car for what they call COVID-19 safety. I called and was put on hold For approximately 10 minutes. Once they picked up they cut to the chase and tell you how much it's going to cost you to bring your cat in the door. They advised that they would come out to the car to pick up the cat. 40 minutes later still sitting in the car and no one has come out. I called again was put on hold again and when they picked up I was told that they would be out when they had a chance. 20 minutes later still nothing. They did not know the condition of my cat nor did they even ask on either of my two calls. I cannot believe the lack of compassion on the part of people that are supposed to be administering to people's sick animals. To me my pets have always been family and I wouldn't allow my family to be treated this way. We left without going in and we'll find another emergency veterinary office. My last dealing with them before this was not pleasant either. Two strikes they are out.

Some people come into your life exactly when you need them and for us that was Dr. Guy. I brought our beloved 13 year old dog to Animerge for the first time in an emergency and in the end he had to be put to sleep. Dr. Guy was thorough, compassionate, and professional and made me feel as at peace as I could be with such a difficult decision. The staff that helped us on that day were also incredibly understanding and warm. I could not have had a better experience at such a sad and difficult time. Thank you.

This should be zero stars. I called AnimERge about 7:00 AM on Sunday morning and they took my information and said I could come there. I got there to an empty parking lot, called, and was transferred to technician who did an intake and then said they're at capacity and can't take my dog!

Although I have to let my beloved cat be put to sleep just yesterday afternoon. The staff had been great. They were very in touch with your raw emotions, they gave me a quiet/alone time with my baby. She died in my arms. Not in the arms of strangers. That was the hardest part- letting go! Fiona nursed and accompanied me like a shadow when I was sick with COVID April of 2020. When I coughed, she runs to me and looks me in the eye and purrs. Like saying, I'm here for you. I will never have anyone like her. I'm not even gonna look. It's too hard to lose a family member. A four legged family member. When I am late from work, she stays by the window looking out for my car then runs to the door to meet me -First. I have 2 other cats, when I a sneeze, they hide-lol. The only thing I would recommend is that while the paperwork is long and drawn out, they could just have allowed the parent/owner to be able to spend "that waiting time between signatures" with their love one who will soon be gone from their lives. Yes, they are Expensive. Other than that, the staff were all wonderful, Ryan (in person), Dr. McNeil(phone), young lady that brought the papers back & forth), the young Asian lady that brought Fiona swaddled in a blanket outside to my car for some alone time and Dr. Lee who administered the drugs and was very respectful. Thank you!

Dr. Andrea Freeman is a wonderfully kind, compassionate person and animal lover. Our family will be forever grateful for the incredible support and guidance she provided when our Labrador was sick. She took the time to explain the diagnosis and best course of treatment for him. Any pet is very fortunate to be in her care and any human is lucky to know her.

Update: The veterinarian working that evening TOTALLY misdiagnosed the issue. I can almost accept that a misdiagnosis can occur but the woman refused to believe my daughter and I. Luckily we had a previously scheduled appointment with our regular vet, the issue was correctly dealt with, and our pet is on the mend. I have now dropped this place from 2 stars to 1 star.
