I'm a truck driver for Weis Markets. Each driver has stores they hate going to, and stores that are great to deliver to. I think my favorite store to deliver to is #214 in Binghamton, NY. The receiver there is Dan Ritzman. Going to see Dan is almost like going to a family reunion. Dan takes the time to learn your name, and to ask you how you're doing. I wish there were more guys like Dan in our system.

Prices were reasonable and nice cuts of meat. Store was very clean and the staff was friendly, even while being exhausted. So far I'm a fan

Visited this store on 9/15 for the first time and it was excellent. Very clean and good selection, polite staff. I will be coming here from now on instead of Acme for sure.

Convenient food market to go to. Clean store and nice employees. Prices are pretty high compared to shop rite. Especially the meats. The meat prices are outrageous compared to shoprite. I dont do my major shopping here because there too expensive compared to other markets but it's good for quick stops for miscellaneous items on the go.
UPDATE: 5* to 1*....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!....This place is selling outdated products on there shelves. I ran in the other day to grab a few things in the dairy aisles and I found Kraft American slices from MARCH!! Were in July...this isn't the first time I've seen outdated products in this store. I've even come back in the past to return outdated meat and other items. How some of these people that are still there that have a job astonishes me. From the attitude from the older woman there that are miserable every day to the kids that spend more time on there phones in the aisles then checking dates. They dont check dates on food here. Go elsewhere! Anywhere but here!

Just bought chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers Day. Ate half on Sunday morning when purchased, they had full white fuzzy mold by this morning, just 24 hours later and refrigerated the entire time. We live so closely we do got up Weis for when we need 2-3 days of groceries. For big runs we Walmart or Costco or BJs. I have been burned to many times by experience or nearly expired perishables when Weis' FIFO discipline requires more auditing. I also despise the self check out full lanes that do not let you bag as you go, unless you select "skip having" for every single item. This requires manager override like 2-3 times. Most of the time they have their head down on a mobile device. Workers stocking the dry goods are very helpful and courteous and the deli and sushi bar are clean and fresh. It's the produce...I don't think it's on the workers either - perhaps where Weis is sourcing from? Wish I good give it 4 stars. It needs strong leadership.

I don't shop here often so I walked in here to buy some eggs right before 9 pm. I thought you closed at 10. No one told me anything as I walked in. When I was about to finish shopping, I was encountered by a very rude young boy that told me in a very rude tone to hurry up that they are closing while doing "come here" hand gestures. He seemed very angry and frustrated and I was confused as to why this person was talking me that way. You know what he said to me? He said dont take it personal. It seemed pretty personal to me that way he angrily spoke to me. I was so put off by it that I had to write this review. Thats no way to treat your customers in your store! If you can't handle the job, don't work in customer service! In that scenario if I was the employee, I would have simply said "excuse me sir, we are closing right now, could you please check out right now"? As simple as that. I forgot to check the kid's name tag but he had brunette hair swept to the side and he worked at the self check out section. I was going to give the manager an the boy a piece of my mind but I was sick so i just walked out. Teach your employees some social skills to avoid problems in the future.

If you find everything you need, but their prices are not the cheapest.
