Terrible service; horrible incompetent people that cannot take order or delivers appropriately. Don’t go to the pharmacy. It’s not worth it; plus their mark is significantly higher than others. Stick with Walgreens or CVS, much better services.

Best pharmacy. They are able to get ADHD medication filled (somehow!) even when there’s a manufacturing shortage.

This is the best pharmacy in Randolph. You are more then a name or prescription to them. It feels like they care. Also they are patient and accommodating. Love Live Well. It's in the name!

I had a terrible experience in this place with my booster. The person giving me my vaccine wasn’t following proper safety guidelines and was not switching his gloves between patients. Additionally, they didn’t update my immunization record until I called after a month and once they finally updated it they made an error causing me to have to call back again. Additionally I had to wait for 30 minutes during this time only 2 people received a vaccine before me.

Scheduled a Booster. Same day. drove 1hr to get there to find out the person that administers the shot was not in that day. They didn't disable the web sign-up forms. What a waste of a trip.

They are idiots who don’t understand the difference between shipping medication overnight or shipping it on a Friday for the next damn business day…which is Monday! Horrible customer service who said sorry we can’t do anything! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

The staff go above and beyond to assist and to get you the best price possible. Their communication is outstanding and I have always had positive experiences with them. It’s nice to have a pharmacy in the community with staff who seem to really care. Highly recommend!

Dar and his team are kind and personable. They go above and beyond to get all the medications my son needs for his chemo treatments. Dar always asks about his well being and finds us coupons to keep our costs down. Switching from a big pharmacy was easy, with one prescription number he was able to transfer all my records easily and access my insurance. Never want to go back to a chain!

i called at 230 on a Saturday inquiring about the covid vaccine. he got me in, he stayed past closing to accomadate the time needed after shot is given. He spoke to me about the options. The pros and cons. Very pleased. As others have said much better expirence than those had at local CVS, walgreens, shop rite and even walmart pharms. ESPECIALLY walmart pharms. Please shop local mom and pop over brick and morter any chance you get. This gentleman will quickly PROVE to you why. VERY PERSONABLE.
